I know this information is controversial, but when the same information has come to me over and over in thousands of regressions, I feel we cannot ignore it.

After they have seeded a planet, they come back to check on the cells from time to time over the eons. It is just part of the larger scale of having a human experience in this current 3D which is so rapidly shifting into 5D that it makes us all nauseous. More people are becoming aware that the mundane life they are drudging through is not the reason they came to Earth. We see our lives through one perspective, never knowing the other layers that lie just below the surface.
