Secondly, users can change their pumping speed by replacing the nozzle attachment just like in other water sports (such as boating). Some valves are simply faster than others in inflating your SUP. Speed is also another important factor. There are slow electric paddle board pumps out there. Using the pump is straightforward, whether you have used an electric SUP pump before or not.

Multiple nozzles: The pump comes with multiple nozzles and 3 sizes of O-ring to ensure an air-tight connection. Thurso’s Surf SUP electric pump is a great choice if you’re looking for something compact and effective for smaller boards. In 10 or 15 minutes, this pump can inflate up to 15 PSI. Of course, we’d like to see a higher PSI cap, but understand that not everyone needs to inflate up to 20 PSI. The next one the list is the Oumers Inflatable SUP Pump Adaptor Air Pump Converter. It’s one great adaptor with 4 different nozzle designs for different pumps on SUPs, kayaks and other inflatables. It’s one of the best to get given its high level of adaptability. The Thurso SUP pump will work with all Thurso inflatable boards and any iSUP with the Halkey-Roberts valve. Inflates up to 16 PSI, rather than 20 PSI. This is standard for rechargeable pumps, but it can limit you if your board can inflate up to 20 PSI.

Sea Gods’ Battery Electric SUP Pump is the newest pump on this list, with Sea Gods just launching it this past season. And while we haven’t put it through quite as much of a beating as the pumps mentioned above, we absolutely love this pump for its portability and travel-friendly nature.
