The G1 performance was amazing and I loved every minute of it. The 2 days I had my G2 I think the G1 is exactly the same as in picture quality and the audio is better on the g1 KHT1005.2) and I really want to get some Atmos enabled speakers. Originally I wanted to get the Pioneers but having discovered they are 4 ohms and that my received really want get the best out of them I discovered the Onkyo 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos set. Would these be an improvement on my old eggs? They seem cheap and I have always viewed Onkyo as very budget. With fire cube connected to the hue box my LG G1 displays the video output as rgb 8b tm - 3840x2160p - 60hz fixed, the colors are amazing and dolby vision works correctly, but lights won’t sync. Additional features include four HDCP 2.2-compliant HDMI inputs and one HDMI output capable of 4K/60Hz video passthrough complete with 4:4:4 colour space and 21:9 aspect ratio. Any stand that can hold their weight, which is not much, will do. For example the ones I had were the OmniMount Gemini 1 for the surrounds and the OmniMount Gemini 2 for the front speakers. The Zone B line out of Onkyo TX-SR494 I already discuss ensures a connection with the RCA line input, also there is HDMI input. With these connect your transmitter and enjoy your wireless headphone. The G1 seem to have held good money, I seeing them sell 1200-1400. Some people asking 1500 but there not selling. With PS5 all is working but i think it’s only because PS5 doesn’t support dolby vision…the only thing i can’t understand is that if i connect the ps5 directly to the tv the output is rgb 12b 4l8, but if i connect it to the sync box it will be YCBCR422 8b (like the fire cube with the enhanced dolby enabled). Guys you should not compare a brand new G2 against a playedin G1 it takes a minimum of 130 hours for the new TV to settle in.
