Today I’m returning to this album after quite a while of not listening to it, at least in full. I’ve of course listened to certain songs such as Bodys, Famous Prophets and of course Beach Life-in-Death plenty, but sitting down and listening to the film 71 minutes? I haven’t really done it, at least not in recent memory. As the year progressed I started to find ways to deal with these feelings of anxiety, depression, emptiness. It started with me becoming incredibly ill and throwing up whenever I ate anything; this was most likely due to stress. It continued and continued and me and my mum practically dropped school entirely to figure out why I couldn’t eat, but it only got worse.
