In addition to the standard parking brake, the LUX has a decelerating hand brake to ease the gravitational pull when you're walking downhill or slow down fast when you need to—especially useful as you add a second kid and extra kid stuff to the weight of the stroller. Then the second seat will be placed on the next level up, in the same spot that you’d use if you were using the stroller as a single. The front wheels turn very smoothly and the stroller is easy to push and almost feels like it glides. The harness straps nest together before you can put them in the buckle, which could be challenging when you have a crying or wiggly child. The Select 2 has good size storage that is easy to access and brakes that are foot-friendly and easy to set and release.
