I also want to visit Walden and all those sorts of places…one day I will have an American Literature journey across New England and take in Edith Wharton’s house and revisit Emily Dickinson’s as well. The thing about Little Women is that it is quite preachy, puts an emphasis on religion and is very heavy handed with its moral commentary.

I am so glad I read these, and I will remember them fondly; I may even pick up the next book Jo’s Boys.
