Description

The Raven Guard have a range of thematic special units, including a unique vehicle. Mor Deythan Strike Squad This upgrade kit can be used to customise Legionaries from the MKIII Tactical Squad set with shoulder pads bearing the raven glyph of the Raven Guard. The kit includes 10 shoulder pads, each bearing a raised, sculpted icon that makes them simple to paint in the Legion’s signature colours, with a heavy, reinforced design to suit MKIII ‘Iron Armour’. Spread these components around your army and combine them with transfers to capture that signature XIX Legion aesthetic, or outfit entire squads for an elite, unified look. Raven Guard Veteran Torsos: February 3rd, 2023 The Blood Angels are known as much for their artistry as their ferocity in battle, and their style is on full display with sweeping wings, subtle filigree, and an angelic halo befitting the sons of Sanguinius. Death Guard I wanted a more earthy, clay-colored red for techmarines, so I kept the undercoat of Khorne Red as the basecoat. This upgrade kit is comprised of 10 resin components and is designed to be assembled with Cataphractii Terminators, which are sold separately. These components require assembly and are supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints. Alpha Legion MKIII Shoulder Pads: February 3rd, 2023

These have the classic feel, which is always something we like to see! Emperor’s Children Forge World Upgrades Maun is the Master of Descent , commanding planetstrike operations for the Raven Guard on the front line, securing dropzones and coordinating the complex orbital ballet of Legionary deployments – particularly for a Legion renowned for heavy use of flyers and Drop Pods. On Isstvan V he conducted the most ambitious coordination of his career, overseeing essentially the entire Legion deploying as one to take the fight to the Traitors. Corax is also The Shadowed Lord , which means if he is on his own and not the closest target to the firing unit, or if the firing unit is a Psyker or Daemon, or another Primarch, then Corax can only be target with Snap Shots . Corax can also, at the start of his controlling player’s turn, be taken out of play and placed in Ongoing Reserves, even if this is in close-combat (but only if his Initiative is higher than his opponents). This can make for some very sneaky play – with careful positioning, Corax can’t be targeted by some weapons as a result (e.g. Blasts), and can rarely, if ever, be held up in combat by tarpit units like Thralls. Complete the look with a set of 10 resin shoulder pads. These are proudly emblazoned with the heraldry of Ferrus Manus – personally, if we’d managed to dunk our hands in molten metal, we wouldn’t want to be reminded of it, but Ferrus is clearly made of sterner stuff. Iron Hands Cataphractii Shoulder Pads: November 11th, 2022 The last batch of Contemptor Dreadnought torsos are on the way. They are designed to work with the new plastic Contemptor Dreadnought kit, to give your death-dealing walkers a dash of Legion flair.

Step 4. The Yellow Parts

mix of Administratum Grey and Ulthuan Grey highlight. For the raised portions of the Administratum Grey. Flamers are an obvious choice here, with the Mor Deythan executing a “Rhino Rush” in a vehicle which has used Scout to advance up, before deploying 5-7 of them and hosing down a unit. Plasma or similar is tempting as well, even if this makes Rending a bit moot. The kit includes nine helmeted heads in three different designs, each with a sinister trench spike and industrial rivets, as well as two heads designed for Sergeants – one bare head with a rebreather, and one helm with a unique grille and imposing spike. Spread these components around your army to add some XIV Legion flavour, or outfit entire squads for an elite, unified look. Troops – Tactical Squad – Additional CCW, Artificer Armour/Melta Bomb/Power Fist Sergeant, Rhino w/ Dozer Blade

The benefits are For Whom the Bell Tolls , which gives all Legiones Astartes (Raven Guard) the Preferred Enemy (Independent Characters) special rule. Remember this will work against the squad an enemy Independent Character is embedded in. This can be absolutely devastating when you combine it with high-quality shooting or close combat strikes.

Heraldry

Night Lords torsos, replete with gothic designs and grisly trophies. Death Guard MKVI Shoulder Pads: October 28th, 2022 This set of 11 resin heads from Forge World contains five unique designs which will fit the new plastic Mark VI Tactical Squads. There are three sets of three crested helms for the rank-and-file, plus one slightly more ostentatious one for a squad leader, and a leering bare head replete with Butcher’s Nails. World Eaters MKVI Shoulder Pads: Bombing a planet into submission with atomic mining charges probably wasn’t how Corax hoped to finish his rebellion – he’s not Perturabo, after all . Still, when the dust settled, he’d killed millions to liberate billions – call it a life lesson from dear old dad. The rebels renamed their home to Deliverance, praising Corax as their deliverer, and he took on the XIX Legion – transforming it in his image.

The Raven’s Vengeance means when he is in close combat with his prey, he gets Zealot . If the enemy is destroyed in a combat in which Nex is involved, or a Shooting phase where he did one or more wound on his prey unit, then you get an additional VP. This is quite nice, and thematic. Included are 10 Iron Hands Legion-specific MKIV shoulder pads for use in games of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy – enough components to outfit a squad of 10 Space Marines. The components in this kit are supplied unpainted. Iron Hands MKIII Shoulder Pads: November 11th, 2022 Veterans of the Horus Heresy may recognise these adornments from the resin Contemptor Dreadnoughts currently available from Forge World. They’ve been rebuilt and retooled to work with the new plastic model in all its versatile glory. Raven Guard MKVI Heads: March 17th, 2023 This upgrade kit can be used to customise Legionaries from the MKVI Tactical Squad set with new heads, replacing the standard helmets with ostentatious headgear suited to the Thousand Sons. The kit includes nine helmeted heads in three different designs, each with crested brow circlets, as well as two heads designed for Sergeants – one bare, bald head with an air of contemplation, and one helm with a larger crest and more prominent jewel. Spread these components around your army to add some XV Legion flavour, or outfit entire squads for an elite, unified look. Thousand Sons MKVI Shoulder Pads: January 21st, 2023

2.The Iron Hands Juggernaut

And so Corax did, ultimately bathing Kiavahr in atomic fire and blood, massacring the guilder overlords, conquering his former masters, and renaming Lycaeus Deliverance . The Raven then joined his Legion. I saw a post by @ranulf the revenant of his Space Wolf intercessor with the Reiver helmet, looks great, but I do worry that his comment rings true - "everyone seems to use it in conversions" and that I would feel like being on the band wagon. Raven Guard Gravis armour shoulder pad (designed for Characters or Sergeants from Aggressors squads) Slave to Darkness Oh man, that's so sad ! :( Hopefully you'll get a chance to paint a model for the Emperor and redeem yourself :D As do I, I recently had the chance to trade a bunch of stuff in which was great, but I still have bits n pieces all over the place that never get used. The Raven Guard is one of the original First Founding Chapters of the Space Marines and was originally the XIX th Space Marine Legion before the Second Founding and the adoption of the Codex Astartes.
