The whole lovelight series is just chief's kiss, the kind of romance you remember because of how it made you feel. I savored it like I would a favorite dessert—one morsel at a time, delighting in its layers, lingering on every component that's brought it together, and I'm so glad I did.

It wasn't sudden because Caleb was perfect, he was giving, kind, fun, funny, attractive, just the whole shebang but he wasn't always noticed or appreciated and it hurt my heart for him. I loved Caleb´s abuela who kept giving him life advice and tips while cooking for him, it felt so homey.
