The video above covers a lot of the features of the GE-200 but not quite all of them. There’s so much to cover but I tried my best to give a good overview of everything involved in the unit. The Moer GE200 is a very interesting little piece of gear. Coming in at its current price range puts it right up against a number of well known competitor products, with Moer being one of the less well known of the bunch. Right out of the gate, the presets actually sounds pretty good, which is somewhat of a rarity with amp modellers in this range. Having used a number of similar products, I can say the Moer actually fares very well in comparison.

Unlike many other multi-effects units of its size, the Ampero features 2 x XLR outputs. These balanced outputs are a very welcomed addition to the effects pedal. The Helix is a decent solution if you are considering replacing your entire board with a solid multi-effects pedal. In my opinion, the Line 6 Helix shines in a direct PA situation.Another huge advantage of the Kemper Profiler Stage is it comes loaded with the same software you get with other Kemper units. So you’ll be able to add hundreds of effects to your “captured” tone and layer it up with whatever you like. Supports new amp simulation files (.gnr) while also supporting traditional amp model filetypes (.amp). In similar theme to the above, there will ALWAYS be a chance that as technology progresses, the unit will eventually lose support from MOORE. It happened to one of my favorite digital amps, the Mustang IV by Fender and even to one of my boss pedals (ME-25). What this means is that there may be a time where you won't be able to connect it to a computer if the App becomes "obsolete" or that the company may choose to not support certain operating systems. Just know that you can still use these units...you'll just either have to use the App and store locally without using the online features OR you can still do your edits on the pedal itself. I still effectively use and edit my Mustang IV even now. This unit is even easier.

Another huge advantage to the Helix is much like many other units in this article. You can import third-party IRs. This allows you to shape the sound using official or created impulse responses. However with a multi-effects unit, you’ve got less chance of failure due to bad patch cables or faulty pedalboard power supplies, less to carry around, and they’re usually cheaper when you take into account the cost of some individual pedals. Sounds-wise, the 32-bit, 96khz sampling finds the GT-1000 punching above its weight, and on the effects side, there’s a wealth of modulations, delays, reverbs and drives. If you run a larger, more traditional pedalboard, perhaps the so-called ‘Bossfecta’ of the MD, RV and DD-500 series units would provide more flexibility, but for most players, the GT-1000 is a highly practical solution. not a very durable unit. This is my second one in 15 months. But, hey, it's cheaper than one single 'boutique' pedal. The effects are a bit limited but make sense. Chances are good you'll find something you like to add that final bit of polish to your sound. While it's concerning that your effects chain is fixed (the position Mooer makes available for each effect is the only place you'll be able to use it), for my own purposes I haven't found that to be a headache, and I doubt it'll be for most other players as well. If you tend to be a straight-into-the-amp player, you probably only have one or two effects that you like to use on occasion to begin with, and you're likely to place them in the same position of your chain as Mooer would. If you're in love with your existing pedalboard, you can simply use the Mooer as an amp replacement: just because Mooer gives you a position for a given effect doesn't mean that it forces you to use it, and you gain the ability to easily switch between different amp models. Not a bad deal at all.You should get an instant answer on whether your application has been successful, though in some rare cases Klarna or V12 may need to look at the application in more detail.

I've had various MFX / modellers over the years I think the complete list is: POD2, Nova System, GT100, G3, Katana, Mustang, Amplifire, AxeFX and I must say the GE200 has been one of my biggest disappointments. Fender’s modeling offering is a versatile one, the company’s signature glassy clean is present and accounted for as you’d expect, but there’s plenty else on offer. From British-style amp voicings to the higher gain tones of the EVH series you won’t be shy of sounds to choose from. Will any or all of these units replace the need for traditional pedals in a live situation? That’s debatable and comes down to your taste. These are seven great choices if you want to record directly to a sound card or use them in a PA system without an amplifier. My recommendation is always to try before you buy.The screen and controls are clear and easy to use. The interface in general is very good well laid out and easy to get to grips with. This article is my definitive list of the seven best multi-effects processor pedals. This list will take into account several different situations of use. I will review these items based on their functionality in both a studio and a live case. I have used each of these pedals on this list and reviewed them on my YouTube channel. Each of these 7 Multi-effects guitar processor pedals has its pros and cons for various reasons.
