This kit is an absolute must for any Star Wars collector and an instant army builder, especially when combined with a few of the 7654 Droid Battle Packs. According to my son, some of the connections were kind of loose but overall, he was happy with this.

The rear ones allow access to the vehicle bay and the forward ones allow access to the droids and weapons storage racks. He was hysterical for days while we were looking for this used lego set, thinking he would get a set that was incomplete or “contaminated”. Although I am not a Star Wars fan, I can see the attraction of this kit to young (and old) Star Wars fans, as it is a good replica from the films.Brickset, the Brickset logo and all content not covered by The LEGO Group's copyright is, unless otherwise stated, ©1997-2024 Brickset ltd. But these aren't just any battle droids; they're very valuable pilot droids, which take much more programing and time to make.

Not really why it goes so high now from what I can tell it is well liked but doesn't do anything for me. Thanks for showing every nook and cranny as well as the many different deployment capabilities of the small hovercraft. With two huge laser cannon emplacements and a clever troop deployment system, this tank is one to be feared. Contact Us LEGO, the LEGO logo, the Minifigure, and the Brick and Knob configurations are trademarks of the LEGO Group of Companies. The Trade Federation MTT has 1326 pieces and is ranked 411 on the list of biggest LEGO sets ever made.

This set was originally released in 2000 as the set 7184 Trade Federation MTT but the minifigures in this set were redesigned from previous versions. I was also missing four pages from instruction booklet 2/2 covering steps 25-29 and 37-40, and mine was purchased new no less. Some LEGO® sets contain small parts that are NOT suitable for and may pose a hazard to children under 3 years of age. Build: 7/10, to be honest, I really thought building the MTT itself was quite boring, although the pace picks up later.

LEGO Star Wars Episode I, The Phantom Menace, is a Star Wars subtheme introduced in 1999 to coincide with the release of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace film. IF you don't want the MTT, you can always take it apart for all of the useful brown pieces for your forest MOCs (or whatever you use them for) , and you'll have 20 great battle droids leftover. Disclaimer: BrickLink does not guarantee an inventory to be correct and therefore an inventory should be only used as a guide. that's really interesting for someone who wants to build a droid army , plus I think this set is really cool , lots of functionality and this little transport is nice, 10/10 !The upper front has small opening panels on each side so you can see the Pilot Droid inside and the roof opens up and back to allow access.
