Delivery was prompt and it was very simple to set up. The app is easy to use and I had no issues. It mapped my smallish 1br apartment really efficiently and saved the map well. I love that you can edit the areas of the map and customise spaces to program the deebot to vacuum specific areas. The no-mop-zone function and barriers have been really helpful for my greyhound who is terrified of the robot!! The vacuum power is excellent and not too noisy when on the low and medium settings, and the mop does a hehe at job at giving the floors a general clean however I would not rely on it for a thorough mop. Ecovacs is diligent and constantly improves the app. Thus, they fix minor bugs at regular intervals and even add new functions for free (e.g. "Setting the water intensity level/suction power per room" became available in the UK after an update in November 2020).
