For sanding i ddi this by hand to ensure i didn't remove too much, i used 60 grit here however found it scored the surface too much for paint to go on evenly. I would advise removing excess filler with 60grit and the once flush with the surface, finish with 120-180grit ready for painting.So, this all started after trying to set my timing up i went to fix an oil leak - i found a breather pipe to be broken so that put stop the engine work and found me itching to do something else.
