The pack can we used on a range of different limbs and body parts where soothing pain relief is required. The gel pack should never be applied directly to skin, when cold or warm, and the temperature should always be checked carefully before handling. They mention that it's the perfect size now they have them, it' s good for back issues, and is a good size for isolating areas.

After heating or chilling, wrap the pack in a towel (or put it in a cold pack cover) and apply it to the area of the body you wish to treat.
