My sons’ Imaginext toys have been very well played with, really standing the test of time - some of which I am amazed how they still stay together after being dragged into the garden or sent whizzing down slides. These seem to be of study quality and have managed to take many a sibling ‘battle’ without any damage! A product's "Manufacturer's Age" range on Toysrus.ca & Babiesrus.ca is provided by the product's manufacturer. This suggested age range may be based on what age range the manufacturer recommends will like the product best, or what age range is appropriate based on safety information and restrictions. As a set, I don't think they work well because they are not the same size so it causes more arguments as they all want the bigger one but settle for the smaller one. However, my boys are happy to pretend to fight with them and the little dinosaur and man they come with are fun and add to the imaginative play that can be had.
My 3-year-old twins and 5 year old loved them especially the orange one. He has a handle to open and close his mouth to allow him to chomp characters, plus opening panels to allow them to escape. The movements seem quite easy to master for a pre-schooler, but wild enough to keep my eldest entertained. Another win on this set is that most of the parts are attached to the Dinosaurs, so they don’t get lost and are not a nightmare to clean up like other play sets = a great mum win!span itemprop="name">The perfect toy for a camp Cretaceous fanatic!!Just received this yesterday! My 4 year old ( who is addicted to camp Cretaceous and loves Darius) has not stopped playing with it since. Everything about it is great. Durable, well designed, and perfect for any child that’s into dinosaurs/ Jurassic World / Camp Cretaceous etc. The detail on the little Darius figure is great also.
