I was going through my fragrances to single out scents that I haven't worn recently and get rid of them, when I came upon this. Honestly, I don't even remember when I got this one. So I sprayed it once on my wrist, and decided that it definitely has it's place in my cabinet. I had as a teenager once a small fragrance sample and whenever I sniffed it I thought: this is pure elegance, I'll buy me when I'm grown up and stand in the job. I'm pretty disappointed that my wife hates this fragrance, as i wanted it to be my signature. To me, it's perfect; and if nothing else, the fact it was still catching peoples attention at 9/10pm when I had sprayed it in the morning speaks wonders for its quality and longevity. kinda like that first sip of a fizzy fanta drink. just not as sweet as a soda. a very mild sweetness.

Kiton is an Italian clothing brand, founded in 1968 in Naples, Italy by Ciro Paone. The name “Kiton” comes out from the word “chitone” – the ceremonial tunic that ancients Greeks use to wear on the Olimpus. The brand’s focus is on classical and tailor made suits. Kiton Men (Red) was contemporary of vintage Fahrenheit and Grey Flannel, but it had "something" that these two icons could never replicate, a certain and finest distinction. the photography may be of a different size of the same product. Longevity is good, this easily lasts me the entire workday. Projection and sillage are firmly planted in the middle, though I get constant whiffs of this throughout the day (even well into the evening) but you’re not going to leave a big scent trail. This is a gentleman’s fragrance in every way. This is one of the most refined, luxurious smelling fresh scents I’ve ever put my nose on and I find it equally as satisfying as Green Irish Tweed for instance. If you value refinement, class and in this case uniqueness in your fragrances, Kiton Men is a must try. Definitely under most people’s radar, but why is a mystery to me. Highly recommended.

ive also heard this being compared to farenheit because of this kind of gasolinish after smell it has.. ive never smelled farenheit but 1 thing i can say is that i do get the gasoline kind of vibe from this...

Burst of tropical pineapple lemon mingled with violets and musk. How unique!!! Has a purple lilac vibe to it- i've never smelled that in a mans scent. Performance on this is solid as it lasts 5-8 hours and projects well for 2 hours while being a nice scent bubble for the duration and always leaving a nice scent trail. And yes, boredom. It has a bad reputation. Yet it gives us its great arc beyond jumpy attractions. It is as slow and time-lost as an uneventful winter day. The fragrance tells us a bit about that, about slow gestures and silent waiting. But it also tells of something suddenly happening. That encounter in the street where people come together and throw snowballs. Nothing worked up to it, nothing noises in between. It's what the scent is like. Product quality is again a very important factor, whether you’re looking for something sturdy in the short-term or a product that is going to provide long-term durability, quality will be a consideration for you. I wear this more in the spring/summer and fall. Closest id say this is similar to is aqua Fahrenheit but they are distant cousins. This isn't petrol gas, green violet, not mint, as much as it is a musky puple dusty floral that could be seen as unisex but still leans masculine. Most summery scents though are unisex muskies I notice. Summer is unisex season. It's funny, with no other fragrance have I read so often that Kiton Men was the first (Maybe I'm out with the wrong fragrances?).
