It's dark, dry, a bit resinous scent not at all versatile and has very good longevity and projection. You will get more fruity notes from this fragrance, the oud and smoke is an equal match in prominence to leather and incense.

It lasts for hours upon hours upon hours and it just gets monumentally better as it ages after sprayed.I however sampled first as i hate spending money on a fragrance which arrives and then i don't like it lol. My dad gave this to my brother, who then gave it to me because he doesn't like oud and I gave it to my husband because I couldn't get past how MASCULINE it is. I've never smelled anything else like it and it just seems like something I can see myself wearing if I'm in the mood. And I make sure, all the types of fragrances that I really like, have all the notes that I would look for in a fragrance like Intense Oud or some other desired perfume, that's been reformulated. I really like this fragrance although I get some negative comments from family members saying it stinks, I strongly disagree however, this smells luxurious to me. The signature heart note is the ambery Oud accord a blend of dry woods and smoky resinous notes with the addition of an ambergris accord. I really wanted to like it, because the woody notes worked for me, but there is a floral note in here (at least it seems floral to me) that kind of nauseated me.
