Description

The Lochs and Glens Way, connecting Inverness and Glasgow, passes through two fantastic National Parks. We will absolutely stay here again, one of the best Cottages’s by far for a warm welcome, excellent standard of facilities, stunning location and absolutely loads of places to visit as well as a great restaurant close by. Sunday lunch at the Nags head was delicious! The log fire smoked so much we had to open all the windows and doors, needless to say we did not use again. The location was beautiful though and serenely peaceful, sheep and cows and lovely bird life.

Hot tub is amazing although we took our own gazebo for shelter against the rain. Highly recommended Matt Prior, ran Home from Home, a domestic agency and later a catering supplier, with Lynn Tyson. Following a private aircraft crash in late 1974, he began using a wheelchair. Married Lynn in 1975 and later they opened up a restaurant called Priors. Played by Michael Spice.A great property, immaculately clean and kitted out with everything you could need. Plenty of parking at the front, and nice gardens to sit out in (too cold for us to do this unfortunately) and a big play area for the kids.

The cottage has spectacular views and is set in a calm and peaceful location but is in easy reach of Newtown and Welshpool with the coast being around an hours car journey away. The only noises likely to be heard are the baaing of the sheep and the mooing of the cows along with birdsong..This is so lovely to listen to. Sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. A really comfortable and cosy cottage, situated in peaceful and relaxing grounds, it is highly recommended. A perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for beach and walks away from the crowds. This property is an oasis and haven - amidst the current times this allowed a real holiday to be had. Highly recommended! Lovely private peaceful area for a quiet getaway. Lovely owners who do everything to help and make u feel very welcome. Highly recommended for all ages

Cottage beautiful and very clean. Views amazing. Enjoyed the hot tub. Will return again for a winter weekend away next to that log burner . For Scotland, 2011 data is shown (update coming soon, the Scottish census was delayed by a year unlike the rest of the UK). none of the pictures can do it justice! . Had everything you could need in the cottage and the hot tub was lush!. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming..cannot recommend highly enoughThe only comment that I would make is as it is a working farm ask for fly spray as a lot of flies get in the property!
