This is a bug, it is not what the documentation says and is not what the Horstmann did, and is not what any reasonable person would expect .. a BUG. I have an FST77 timed fused spur for my immersion heater, works fine. My electrician fitted a TRT036N two channel central heating controller, to replace an antique Horstmann unit, and it work fine EXCEPT the 'copy' function is broken .. if you set heating and hot water times for Monday, for instance, and then copy them to Tuesday, the central heating timings are copied to the hot water setting for the new day (as well as to the heating timings). Timeguard support agree that is what happens (and tell me that their three channel unit actually works as you would expect) but their solution is that they should change the documentation. I am still awaiting (3 days and counting) a call from the customer service manager, since first line support are unable to help. Whether this level of testing applies to more products than the TRT036N I can only guess, but I am not impressed so far.Timeguard NTT03 is a compact, programmable 24 hour/ 7 day electronic immersion heater time controller that fits on a 32mm single gang flush wall box.
