For a wooden chair, I think the Alpha Chair is a great buy. It’s less expensive than its direct competitors and does not sacrifice quality to get there. I found it extremely sturdy, easy to clean, and beautiful. Overall, I did really enjoy the Alpha Chair and I think you will too. However, there are a few disadvantages that we’re going to go over that I think you should take into account. This is a really good chair and my daughter loves sitting in it for her mealtimes or for a play when I’m preparing dinner or doing some dishes. Having said that, there are a few other budget-friendly wooden high chairs on the market that are comparable and even less expensive than the Alpha Chair, depending on what features and design aesthetics you prefer. There are many positions of the seat and footplate so as your child grows you can simply adjust the position of the highchair. It is important for your child’s feet to rest comfortably on the highchair footplate as this in turn aids good posture and so promotes a healthy spine in those important first years. We chose the multi-colour design because I think it looks fun but the harness is available in lots of other designs. The Newborn 2-in-1 Bouncer- The bouncer attaches directly to the top of the chair, allowing the Alpha Chair to be used by newborns.
