First, let me give credit where it is due – I found the overarching plot to be compelling enough that I read this series to the end. After reading the first book, and struggling with some of the flaws, I seriously questioned whether it was worth reading the whole series. But I did. And it was because I was invested enough in the characters and the story to keep going for the sake of closure. And it was worth reading to the end, because the author finished the story well and had a satisfying ending. So kudos there.

So-and-so is evil , I'm in love cause DESTINY, this (aka this extremely specific and overly complicated method) is the ONLY way to save the kingdom, yadda yadda yadda. The goal of this achievement is to complete this puzzle in less than 70 moves, and we’re going to be way under that mark. However, it’s still a lot of moves, so to save confusion I’m going to list them five moves at a time. It’ll make it much easier for you to follow.

Lost Lands 3 Golden Curse, Part 5 walkthrough: The Great Library

I have so many questions and lots of, "This is what it is because it is what it is." We are told that this person named La Dame (wow, what a name 😴) is an awful person who does magic and does awful magic things. We are told she's been around for centuries and cursed Etta's family generations ago. We are told she is now plotting to take over this kingdom. All roles are technically symbolic until you're supposed to do something, right? Right away, you can tell the logic with this one isn't going to hold up.

However, The Golden Curse is not only a very dubious retelling, but also the umpteenth 3-star book I have the (sarcastic) pleasure of reading so far this year. Meet the Casagrandes • Zoo Visit with Ronnie Anne & Sid • Great Lakes City Tour • Mystery of the Hallway Gunk • Carl's Cash Class • Sing-Along with the Casagrandesi feel like the requirement of 100% completion (all journals tall tale done 5 times over) for all tall tales to get the golden curse is a bit ridiculous because thats over 130 hours of gameplay at least to get a single item (curse) so i think it should be either a better reward or a easier process. I fully intend on jumping into the next book ASAP. I’m so glad all three books are out already and I don’t have to wait for more of the story. There are two books after that as well, which are based on Cinderella and take place in the same world. The second book, Glass Princess, was actually just released today. I already can’t wait to read them. The covers are absolutely beautiful, and we all know how I feel about Cinderella retellings!
