I really enjoyed this book. It had some lovable characters, a few laugh out loud moments, and definitely several panty melting inducing scenes as well. Well done Elle Kennedy, well done! I wasn't expecting to like this one as much as The Deal but I did, dammit. Even more than the first!

Another wonderful addition to Elle Kennedy's Off Campus series. Delivered with Elle's trademark humor and vivid characterization, The Mistake is another fantastic read for me. Matt stares at me, and in my head there’s a voice shouting Abort! But it’s too late. My internal filter has failed me once again and words keep popping out of my mouth.I want someone to cuddle with and watch movies with, someone who wears my jersey and cheers for me at games, and cooks dinner with me.” Earlier this year I had the extreme pleasure of reading The Deal by Elle Kennedy ( https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...). I blatantly stated my admiration of how she took a genre, New Adult, and made it work for someone who usually doesn't gravitate to it. I went on to talk about how she used all of her talents to make her characters not whine or manipulate to get what they wanted and just "manned up" time and time again. I was so happy about this book I begged all of my friends and anyone who would listen to read it. Grace tries to rally with a list of 6 Grand Gestures for Logan to complete, the first of which is a poem:

When Ramona announced we were going to a frat party, I didn’t have high hopes for meeting anyone. It seems like every time we go to Greek Row, the frat boys just try to sweet-talk me and Ramona into making out. But tonight I’ve actually met a guy I kinda sorta like. Seriously, Gretch, I love him. I have a boner for him.” Morris sighs. “If I’d known he existed, I wouldn’t have asked you out in the first place.”There was the one "friend" of Grace's, Ramona, that I wanted to punch in both ovaries and then not-so-gently push her off a bridge because hello twat alert! I was glad to see that Grace wasn't such a pushover with her as she was in the beginning, but hopefully she never gets a book. I swears every time I read her name all I could think of was crazy Ramona from Real Housewives and I wanted to reach through my kindle and throttle her. I gave the last book 4 stars. I think Logan's struggle and his commitment to family was really heart wrenching and that is why it was maybe a better read for me.

The Mistake: A Novel” is one the best and most entertaining novels with a very unique and impressive story. Elle Kennedy is the author of this fantastic novel. Elle is the author of many beautiful novels. Her most famous novels are The Play, The Chase, The Score, The Risk, The Goal, Good Boy and many fantastic novels. Logan apologises for leaving so abruptly the other night. He is determined to make up to her and the two of them get it on again. It has been a long time since I read 'The Deal' and I was worried that I would have forgotten important details. Fortunately, that didn't happen. Although it is part of a series, 'The Mistake' can be read as a standalone.These Players, Friends, these BROTHERS! I could listen to them for days. I swear they should have their own talk show because I WOULD HANDS DOWN .. WATCH ALL THE TIME! Even reading a few passages will make you want to dive into this series (TRUST ME). No, he means us,” Garrett replies for me. “We’re the ones who had to stare at that ghastly thing for half a year.” In this next installment, The Mistake, we continue with the characters we met in the previous book plus our new love interest for Logan. Ah... Logan.
