We are seeking to employ remote and online counsellors to work with children and young people. Successful candidates will form part of a dedicated and professional team. Sessions will be delivered by video, telephone and online text according to client preference.

Developed by TIC+, the group is designed to inform and support parents and carers, helping them to understand their child’s distress and discover effective strategies to improve their resilience. The group is also an opportunity for parents and carers going through similar experiences to encourage, support and learn from each other in a safe and friendly environment. We would be willing to discuss hybrid arrangements e.g. face to face counselling in an area above plus some remote hours each week.

The notes, records and information belong to TIC+. The information encrypted is (coded to ensure your data is protected) and stored securely on our servers in the UK. This is a varied role offering experience around recruitment practices, staff care and wellbeing, learning and development, and organisational change projects.
