Word of advice when using this steering wheel is to not slip your pinkies (or any finger for that matter) in the chain links, i heard a story about someone who did and then happened to hit a curb, resulting in his pinky being snapped and then twisted completely around. Also, putting these in a car without shoulder belts is probably not a smart idea, as you could possibly lose that bottom set of teeth in a crash. Ouch. Driving with it is (obviously) a little different, but i dont own a trailer queen / show car, i actually drive my lowrider and will get used to it eventually. These are not easy on the hands and make your hands have a slight metallic smell after driving , which should be expected with using a metal steering wheel. These are not for comfort, these are for looking cool, right? Also, there were no rough welds or sharp ends on my wheel. If there is just file it down, no big deal. This is the only production chain steering wheel that isn't for a lowrider bike or something like that, so i had to go with this one for my 1988 Lincoln. It has a good chrome plating on it that looks like it will last a long time, its not a cheap feel at all. It also has a nice chrome horn button on it that tops off the look of the wheel. It doesn't feel cheap in the hands and doesn't feel like it would bend without serious pressure, something i didn't expect as i figured chain links would be kind of easy to bend. It is in fact, 10 inches diameter as shown in my picture. The 5.5 inch dish is also accurate too, its definitely a deep dish wheel.
