Delivery is Mainland UK and excludes The Highlands and Isle of Wight, Isle of man and Channel Islands. For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal grooming products, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned. If a collection needs to be arranged, this will be made for a weekday only, between standard working hours. If you are not able to be at home when the collection is to be made, we can arrange for goods to be collected from a safe location at your request.

A signature will be required upon delivery unless we have authorisation from you that the goods can be left.Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product.
