In 1914, during the First World War, over 100 R. White’s employees served in the armed forces and the company supplied the government with over half its horses and vans. At the outbreak of the Second World War, a great part of the vehicle fleet was commandeered by the government and used by the army. Three major factories were wiped out in London alone. In 1970, the company introduced sugar-free 7UP, which was an immediate success among the growing number of calorie-conscious consumers. Using a pioneering distillation process, combined with the intricate art of layering flavours, they created delicate essences, unparalleled in depth and fragrance.

The Fruit Shoot story started in 2000, building on the long-standing success, heritage and trusted quality of the Robinsons Squash brand in Great Britain. Launched in a re-sealable bottle with real fruit in every drop, Robinsons Fruit Shoot was an instant hit with parents and kids, and has been providing tasty refreshment ever since, helping active kids all over the world keep the fun going for longer in line with the brand's purpose of inspiring kids' adventurous side.In 1969 Gatorade became the official drink of the American National Football League (NBA), a title it holds to this day. Bela Ischia was founded in 1967 by the Italian Giuseppe Di Iorio, who owned a company that sold fresh fruits in the Rio de Janeiro market.

In 2013, a no sugar version was created – maintaining the same great citrus taste as the original, but with zero sugar to meet growing consumer demand for sugar-free energy drinks. Both variants are available widely across grocery, convenience and independent retailers, as well as wholesale, foodservice and leisure channels. The first phase of the Thrive On campaign led by Idris Elba reached 31 million consumers globally in 2016. Famous for its refreshing taste and its real fruit tang, Tango was acquired by Britvic in 1987. The brand gained attention in the UK in the late 1980s and 1990s for disrupting soft drinks marketing with its creative ‘You know when you've been Tango’d’ advertising campaign which was seen to completely challenge the norms of the soft drinks market at the time. The campaign propelled the brand to success and became one of the most well-known TV adverts of all time. Club was the first brand to produce Ginger Ale and Club Soda. In 1769 A&R Thwaites introduced the world to Soda Water and in 1852 Dr Thomas Cantrell of Belfast and Sir Henry Cochrane combined to open their business in Belfast and Dublin and became synonymous with the invention of Club Ginger Ale. Robinsons is the number one soft drinks brand in YouGov's Brand Health Index 2017 which measures consumers' perceptions of quality, value, satisfaction, reputation and whether they would recommend the brand to others. Today, Gatorade is available widely in major retailers and is the sports drink chosen by more professional athletes than any other brand, including football teams such as Arsenal, Barcelona and Liverpool FC, the NFL and the NBA to name a few.

Fast forward to the present day and the brand is still quenching the thirst of the millions of British families every day, with a focus on new innovations to bring more people more opportunities to enjoy refreshing fruit squash wherever they are. Robinsons is well known for its innovation and is recognised as a leader in sugar reduction, having removed all added sugar products from the Robinsons range in 2015, inspiring the nation to embrace the goodness in the everyday. We hold a prestigious Royal Warrant appointed by HM The Queen, which is a mark of recognition to those who have supplied goods or services to the Royal Households. Mountain Dew was originally developed in the 1940s as a mixer and takes its name from the original 19th century term for Highland Scotch whiskey. The name was trademarked for the soft drink in 1948. A staggering three million glasses of Robinsons are drunk every day in Britain – at 250ml a serve that's enough to fill 109 Olympic swimming pools a year. Aqua Libra believes it’s time to change the way we drink and is harnessing the power of innovation to reinvent hydration for good.Equally distinctive is its shaped brown glass bottle, wrapped in a stylish (and ingredient protecting) silver metallic coating. The Belfast Morning News claimed in 1885 that what Guinness was to porter, and Bass was to pale ale, Cantrell & Cochrane was to ginger ale, especially in America. Britvic has been making and selling Pepsi in Great Britain since 1987 and in Ireland since 2007. Originally known as Brad's Drink, Pepsi was first created in 1893 by a pharmacist in the US called Caleb D Bradham who began experimenting with combinations of spices, juice and syrups on a typical hot and humid day in North Carolina. In 2006, we added Fruit Shoot Hydro to the range, a naturally flavoured water drink for children with zero sugar and no artificial colours. Drinks that are crisp, clean and unsweetened. Just sparkling water infused with fruity flavours and a dash of lemon juice. You’ll never find sugar, sweeteners or anything artificial in our drinks. Delightfully simple.

Maguary cashew drinks are made from the cashew apple. The cashew apple is the fleshy part of the cashew fruit that is attached to the cashew nut. The top end of the cashew apple is attached to the stem that comes off the tree. The bottom end of the cashew apple attaches to the cashew nut, which is encased in a shell. The pulp of the cashew apple is very juicy with a strong sweet smell and taste, but the skin is fragile making it unsuitable for transport. In 1890, he bought a Sri Lankan tea garden and began blending his own tea, making the drink more affordable for ordinary people. While his shops made him a millionaire, his tea business made him a multimillionaire leading to a knighthood in 1898.Pepsi MAX, is our great tasting no sugar cola, originally launched in 1993. As part of our ongoing focus on helping consumers make healthier choices, we’ve led with Pepsi MAX on all advertising since 2005. In line with our focus on health, our innovation pipeline is weighted heavily towards no sugar. Recent innovations for the brand include Pepsi MAX Cherry, Pepsi MAX Raspberry and Pepsi MAX Lime. Our unique blend of two sugars provides a balanced flavour and reduces crystallisation, which results in less waste and mess. Originally selling Tomato Juice, followed by other juices and mixers, the brand has continued to evolve, becoming a fantastic core range of fruit juice and soft drinks sold across the globe.
