Rose Gold is worked in two color brioche from side to side to form what I like to call a peaked asymmetrical crescent! This shawl is one of my favorite shapes because it creates a long wingspan and a fairly shallow depth, so it is very wearable! The reversible brioche begs to hug the curves of your shoulders while the remaining length of the wings dance in a cascading spiral. Techniques to Indulge In: Two color brioche, changing colors, brioche increasing and decreasing, lace, Jeny's super stretchy bind off Care - Dry clean or carefully hand wash with a cashmere-approved detergent like Woolskin wool wash , and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. Only the highly prized 'downy' soft pashmina fleece is used in the creation of these stunning pashmina shawls. This is combed from the chest and underbelly of one type of goat - the Capra-Hircus - which only thrives at very high altitudes on the Mongolian Plateau in Nepal and Tibet, giving the cashmere its super-fine and super-soft quality.
