gain the full benefit and to fully utilise the QFX Technology, it is recommended to change the oil completely when changing to the Quantum grade.

Quantum Long Life III has now been approved to BMW Long-life04 approvals, whilst also meeting MB specifications 229.31 and MB 229.51 Modern engine oils tend to either be fully synthetic or a blend of mineral and synthetic oil. Synthetic is the best option for an engine because it can be manufactured to a higher standard. This is the most expensive option, however, because it costs more to produce.

I've got a 2006 Audi S6. It's done over 100,000 miles and has been serviced according to the longlife schedule.
