Another thing, in how to attract more money, almost all the examples are coaching/training programs. When things go badly, they are just tests from the Universe, like when you are trying new skincare and your old zits coming up because you’re cleaning everything out. I didn't realize that this book, or at least as far as I got, was about manifesting or attracting money to you. She's realistic about the common struggles we all go through regarding money and offers simple, practical, gentle information on how to get past your own money blocks.

I have to admit, there are sections of the book that I kind of glaze over, even when I fully complete the exercises. My Manifesting Formula is not an intellectual exercise that you need to sit with and analyze to death.I made it 4 stars because it's a little wordy - the five steps could be conveyed in a shorter book, but I also acknowledge that immersing yourself in a longer version actually has a more lasting effect on the mindset, so it's really not a big concern.
