The primary XMC connector (P15) is reserved for serial links, power, and other pre-defined functions. The secondary XMC connector (P16) provides user-defined pins which can include video I/O.

does away with all that detail. As a DM, just wing it. If looking for a explanation in the official RAW, here are some things to keep in mind: As we prepare for the launch of Festival of Legends, it seemed like Priest could use a tune up with this Core Set update. Our process for this type of tune up was to look at the class’s core mechanics, adjust those core mechanics to promote play patterns we like, cut support for play patterns that aren’t working, and re-align themes and mechanics going forward. The XMC 2.0 connector was designed to be more rugged compared to the XMC 1.0 connector, and it has beenelectrically characterized to support higher frequencies (and therefore, higher data throughputs). If you thought I was going to whip up a list of best werewolves and not include the best girl, you don’t know me at all. That said, Hound Tamer is a fine card. 3/3 for with trample and the ability to put (admittedly expensive) +1/+1 counters on other creatures is a good rate. Giving your other werewolves trample when it transforms and beefing up a tiny bit is also great. Each side has an ability that offers some advantage when it transforms. The front side gives a creature a big boost with +4/+4 until the end of the turn when it enters the battlefield or reverts to human form. Ulrich, Uncontested Alpha beats your opponent’s creatures into submission (or, more accurately, punts them right into the graveyard) when the true werewolf comes out. #2. Huntmaster of the Fells / Ravager of the Fells

I really like cards that seamlessly mix mechanics and flavor in a way that just makes sense. Instigator Gang does just that. Blood seeps from the Old Wolf’s mouth. Her vision – from her one good eye – begins to blur. This must be it. She reaches inward. Faith. “Auros, give me strength.” Gatstaf Shepherd and its Howler transformation are okay. A 2/2 2-drop is fine and the reverse side bulks up to a 3/3 with intimidate. It’s a good curve-filler since a lot of werewolves are on the more expensive side, but there’s nothing to write home about here. Greater Werewolf A blinding flash. When Gama opens his eyes, the sky has changed. Drastically changed. Through the rising smoke, a swirling purple consumes the once starry blanket of the cosmos. He knows this color. It’s the color of gonchberries. Don’t get me wrong, this is a good card. It’s just not quite good enough to be considered among the best werewolves. It gets points for running with the wolves, though. Gatstaf Shepherd / Gatstaf Howler

Okay, I don’t have anything else for you. Go howl at the moon or something. And don’t get any blood or fur on the floor, I’ve got enough to clean up in here as it is. See you in the next lunar phase! Starting this year, Tradeable will be an evergreen keyword—meaning that it’s a keyword that we intend to use across most expansions for the foreseeable future, like Rush or Divine Shield. Since Tradeable currently only exists in United in Stormwind and Fractured in Alterac Valley, we’re starting by adding a few of the more popular Tradeable cards from those expansions into Core. However, you should expect to see new Tradeable cards introduced throughout the Year of the Wolf and for years to come. Returning Keyword: Magnetic A rumble from the depths, a deep baritone that rippled through Tarken’s very being. The depths had responded. They would aid his people in the fight to come. Reios had done well by capturing the Sartonian Commander. They would use him as bait, and when Sartonia arrived, the Draka and the Depths would be waiting. Maws wide, teeth sharp. The waves crashed against the shore. The guiding force that his people had followed for so long. The fury of a land, a peoples, pushed to their limit. He would draw the Sartonians here. This is where they would fight. So, instead, we created a new keyword to make healing more flexible and rewarding: Overheal. Cards with Overheal have an effect that is triggered when they are healed over their max health. Overheal is a new evergreen class mechanic, like Combo is for Rogue, meaning that you should expect to see Overheal cards throughout the year, and for years to come. It also means that we will continue printing healing cards for Priest, including some cards that are intended to interact with the new Overheal keyword.

The Draka are set upon. After a successful raid on Sartonia, the Draka were not expecting an offensive so soon. The Dragons who call the Molten Flow their home are taken by surprise as Atlanteans charge through, until Reios and Alborax land on the scene. Alborax is the biggest and strongest of them all. With her here, the dragons gain hope. The XMC+ connectorhas been electrically characterized to support higher frequencies (and therefore, data throughputs) compared to the XMC 2.0 connector. There are precious few legendary werewolves in Magic, unfortunately. Midnight Hunt offered us a new legend, but we’re still woefully low on commander werewolves with just three available to lead your EDH builds. Those are: You know who Tovolar is, right? No? Well, you’ll be well acquainted by the time we’re done here today. The Shimmering Spire. So this is where it all leads. If Sartonia plans to destroy the heart of the ocean, the Draka would meet them. The Draka would fight them. And the Draka would stop them. The front side makes it night right away if you control at least three wolves/werewolves at the start of your upkeep, at which point you can transform any human werewolves you control. You’re going to want to toss some protection on this card because it spells problems for your opponent and isn’t beefy enough to be hard to deal with.

When we think about the core Priest fantasy, the first thing that comes to mind is healing. But, traditionally, healing is not as strong or flexible as other class’s core fantasies, like damage or even Armor. Our first decision was whether we wanted to abandon that identity or lean into it and make it better. We decided that Priests healing is so iconic that we owed it to Priest’s fans to make healing work. A sudden explosion sends crystals flying through the air, shards of death for any they might catch. One of the Atlantean harvesters rushes around in flames, its crystals continuing to blow out as the flames consume it. Despite the danger, Zaskia launches her Atlantean towards the chaos, hoping to pull out any Sartonians caught in the fray. Glinn turns his energy to the rest of the battle just as another Atlantean erupts and more shards fly through the air. A Draka falls from her mount. A Sartonian screams. Her blood begins to boil. The heat of a thousand forges pulls her to her feet. Reios – mercenary, leader, devotee – launches herself forwards with a primal fury. “THAERIEL!” she yells. Her voice no longer her own, but deep, resounding, divine. She moves impossibly fast, throwing her whole weight into the figure, and the momentum sends them both over the edge, straight into the portal. Are you tired of me fawning over art yet? Well too bad. I’m not sure what you expected; I’m all about form over function.

Cuteness aside, this werewolf is another great Gruul card. A 2/2 2-drop is fair, and the ability on the front offers some extra red or green mana that carries through the steps and phases of your turn. And then it transforms into a 3/3 that boosts your other wolfy creatures while offering the same mana. #5. Graveyard Trespasser / Graveyard Glutton Previous editions were both more useful, in that they gave you a lot of rules and tables for what everything cost, and slower and more cumbersome... in that they gave you a lot of rules and tables about what everything cost! Personally...while I'm a nerd the loves a good series of charts and tables, I appreciate the whole 'aaaaaah whatever' aspect of trade goods in D&D. Makes it so my players don't look at the charts and say, "hey... you know we could make a lot more money opening up a bakery in the Capital than we could killing goblins. Let's do that!" Hide armor (which consists of furs and pelts enough to cover 1 medium humanoid), is 10 GP and weighs 12 lbs But for Salvator, there was no choice. The Sartonian commander drew his blade. He wouldn’t leave anyone behind and if he was going to go out, it would be in Sartonia's name. What do we do next, boss?” Divya. Always chasing the action. Eiko looks up at the blue sky. Not smoke-gray nor the maddening swirling purple. Blue. “We do what we always do. We look for the next contract. Something that pays, and somewhere we can make a difference.”
