The set was provided for review by LEGO. All opinions expressed are those of the author. The Completed Model I think you raise a good point...I am trying to think of somewhere in South America that could be represented, but the only place I can come up with is Rio and obviously they arent going to do the most recognized landmark there. Using forced perspective is a technique that LEGO fans have been experimenting with for a long time in their own custom projects. And it is now also appearing in some official LEGO sets. A recent example is the #21333 LEGO Ideas Vincent van Gogh – The Starry Night, where shapes, colors, and textures are layered on top of each other in such a way to create the illusion of greater debt. What do you think? How do you like the LEGO Creator Postcard collection? Are you planning to get any of them? And what do you think of the building techniques used in the sets? Do you see a use for them in your own creations? Feel free to share your thoughts and discuss in the comment section below! No sarcasm here--I would be interested to hear other people's thoughts on somewhere that could be represented on that continent."

Enjoy the sights – LEGO® London Postcard (40569) features some of the city’s most famous landmarks: Big Ben, Piccadilly Circus and the London Eye Each postcard is the same size, measuring nearly 15cm across, so they are consistent when displayed together. Their formats are also very similar, although the London skyline strikes an appealing balance between the urban 40519 New York Postcard and the relatively rural 40564 Beijing Postcard. The colour scheme is certainly more varied and attractive. Perfect for display – Standing over 5 in. (13 cm) high, this 277-piece LEGO® postcard makes a creative display item for Londoners and anyone who loves the city According to Wikipedia, “forced perspective is a technique which employs optical illusion to make an object appear farther away, closer, larger, or smaller than it actually is. It manipulates human visual perception through the use of scaled objects and the correlation between them and the vantage point of the spectator or camera. It has uses in photography, filmmaking, and architecture.” I like the postcard sets. But I'm waiting for the day they remember of the Southern Hemisphere. We have Lego stores here as well..."The Southern Hemisphere has always been sorely underrepresented in Lego, some notable destinations in South/Central America follow. Nothing from Brazil since @HOBBES already has a nice list. Also, not sure how *well* these could be represented in Lego ;)
