Description

The entity menu contains almost every item that can be found in the game. They are organized into different categories that can be selected via buttons in the top right corner of the menu. Users may filter items in the selected category by using the 'Filter' textbox on top of the menu. The Venture is a respawn shuttle. It contains four Diving Suits, one Steel Cabinet with items for diving and two Supply Cabinets.

Those guardians managed to eliminate about 2/3 of my bot crew, their lasers went pretty much straight through the hull, bots died of multiple deep tissue injuries. A range of customization options are available for Remora. In this model, some of the main hull space has been replaced by a detachable ballast and a remote-controlled drone. A large crew is needed to operate this submarine. I beat the game in a small custom Tier II scout that I built, nothing special about it, one coilgun upo top and one laser below, a discharge coil at the top aft. From memory, the guardians should be the same kind of thing as those found in ruins so you have to hit them on their round head which is their weakest / softest part. You can lure them away one at a time if you're a good pilot and sit somewhere such that your best weapon is on them all of the time, e.g. brace the sub against the ceiling or against a wall. Links are used to associate two objects together within your edit. To link one object to another, select either object, hold space, then select the other. To unlink two objects, select one of them and repeat the process.

The Top Floor contains three rooms, on the left side you can find the Junction Compartment with almost all junctions boxes of the sub, aswell as two Batteries and one Fire Extinguisher, on the middle is located the Command Room and on the right side you can find a small room with four Junction Boxes, two Supercapacitors and one Fire Extinguisher.

Ascension speed is 19 km/h for all submarines. Horizontal (engine) speed is identical forward and reverse. Gaps connect hulls together and allow the game to determine how water and air should flow between rooms. Gaps should only be manually placed for cases where two hulls are adjacent to each other and will not be connected by a door or a hatch. Door and hatch gaps are automatically generated when a submarine is loaded into the editor, or at the start of gameplay. So all my junction boxes only go to relays, not actual items, so that their power gets regulated perfectly before going onto the device.

This button puts the editor into "Wiring Mode". In this mode you gain a new menu on the left which contains every color of wire available in the game as well as an inventory where you have a screwdriver equipped. This mode allows you to wire power and signals between devices in your edit. More on this mode in the Editor Tools section. Electrical Discharge Coil • Coilgun • Railgun • Depth Charge Tube • Coilgun Loader • Railgun Loader ( Single) • Depth Charge Loader Generally the more batteries you utilize, the larger a buffer on spikes/drops you will have. However batteries themselves create load demand, so there is a bit of balancing/tuning required to balance your grid just right. I've found utilizing supercapacitors like a balancing battery can be useful as well for extreme spikes, but never just on their own, usually as a supplement to existing balance batteries. Just use relays that only give exactly the amount of power that line needs. You have an engine and an O2 generator then that is 3000w, so junction to relay, relay set to on and 3000w max. I use relays to only send exactly as much power as all the devices that will be on that relay require.

The table below lists default submarines and their base main characteristics; that is, before any upgrades are installed. You have components which passively consume power : these run at their power consumption specification so long as they are wired to the grid. The 02 machine will always take power. Lights will always consume power. Basic bilge pumps require constant power. This creates the static grid-load, which is the minimum load your ship runs at. The Reactor Room can be found on the left side of Orca, on top of Engineering. It contains one Nuclear Reactor, one Fire Extinguisher, one Supply Cabinet with one Diving Mask, one Flare and one Bandage, aswell as a metal cabinet with random items related to the nuclear reactor (such as Fuel Rods, Screwdrivers, Wrenches, etc)

Berilia is one of the biggest cargo ships on Europa. Its two engines and three ballasts require a copious amount of power to operate, and keeping the machinery in good working condition is a handful for even a moderately large crew. Grenade ( Stun) • Ahab's Spear • Coilgun Ammunition Box ( Explosive • Physicorium • Piercing) • Depth Charge Shell ( Decoy • Nuclear • Nuclear Decoy) • Harpoon ( Explosive • Physicorium) • Railgun Shell ( Nuclear • Physicorium) • Revolver Round • Shotgun Shell • SMG Magazine • Stun Gun Dart Hulls must be defined for every discrete space which can hold air or water in the submarine. If a space is not contained by the hull, the game will assume it is the outside ocean. The hull object is found under the "Structure" menu. The hull should be dragged to at least include the interior of a room and half of the space of the surrounding walls, floor, ceiling, and entryways (including doors and hatches).

When you introduce a battery to the junction boxes that load must pass through, the energy stored can contribute power when there would otherwise be a power outage, and can absorb energy when there would be a power overload. However an individual battery can only lend/soak so fast itself, depending on the size of your load spikes/drops you may need multiple batteries. After an object has been placed, the user can select it and edit its properties. See items, and installations for more specific information. There are a variety of ways to set up a bilge system, but they always require a pump connected to a power source. Except for large submarines, only one pump is usually required. Effective bilge systems usually have the following characteristics: There is some odd behavior as well doing it this way. For instance you can put all 5w draw lights on a relay, set that relay to 5w and no matter how many lights are on the relay drawing 5w, it sends 5w to all of them. I've finished two campaigns, one with bots and one with players and I can tell you that even with a player crew this fight will be more than ♥♥♥♥♥♥ tedious (and even undo-able) if you don't have a Railgun. Also Flak Cannons don't count for sht here.

Fixed Kastrull and Typhon 2 using different id card tags than the rest of the vanilla sub ("idjob" instead of "id_job"). With the submarine type "Submarine" selected, the "Price", "Class", "Recommended crew size" and "Recommended crew experience" characteristics appear. Everything is determined by you except the price, which is automatically calculated by the editor itself. The middle floor also contains five rooms. On the far left side is the Engine Room, on the left side is where the Command Room is located, on the middle you can find the Diving Suits Room, on the right the Medbay can be found, and on the far right side the Armory is located. Typhon 2 is an overhauled version of the venerable Typhon class of sub. Serving as a heavy gunship, the Typhon 2 class subs remain slow and ugly, but with the benefits of better survivability for their crews. I mean sure if you editing degradation or just giving a reactor 99999999 power. But other than that I dont think you understand the reason that the devs bothered to program the functionality to modify component values......it wasnt to enable everyone to make cheat subs you know. I mean is that the only value you dont touch? How can you even design a proper ship. You just going to leave the logic gate components at default as well? hope it all works out?
