My front door is too close to a public cut way so the 6m range is too far and will constantly be on and off, drawing attention to the door. I also do not like the style of the Evo SMD. Is is possible to turn off the light without removing the diffuser? With the evenings getting darker I would like the light to remain on, but when I retire to bed to turn it off. If this facility is not available with the Truro, is it on any of your other solar wall lights? Is the material really stainless steel or is it stainless steel effect ? I live near the sea and stainless steel tends to corrode unless marine grade. I need a downlighter to illuminate our house sign which is mounted on an east facing wall. Does the Truro produce sufficient light for this purpose or can it be fitted with more powerful LEDs? I would only need it to light up for six or so hours.
