Description

After making cheese for 21 years in Surrey we have decided to downsize so are looking to sell our cheese vat. The volume is 950 litres to top 900 comfortably.

peg mill, pumps, wash tank, small footprint vertical press, moulds of varying sizes, stainless steel tables, sinks, storage solutions, cheese cutting boards and a whole host of other interesting and occasionally random items. Unless the food mill’s manual says differently, start with cooked tomatoes that are softened and cool enough to handle. Set up the food mill with your desired grinding disc size along with a bowl or pot to capture the purée. Work the tomatoes through in batches until the remaining skin and seeds are quite dry, emptying the collected scraps into the compost as needed to keep the blade turning smoothly. The Elecrem Y140 Yogurt Maker is capable of incubating up to 140 standard sized yogurt pots per batch. It can produce large batches of yogurt, consistently and with excellent quality. I also used it for Buttermilk, creme fraiche and the culturing of single and double creams Food mills typically come with interchangeable discs with holes of varying sizes for puréeing different foods. If you want to make seed-free jams and berry sauces, look for a mill with an ultra-fine disc (1 to 1.5 millimeters). A fine disc (2 millimeters) will remove both skin and seeds from cooked tomatoes and create creamy soups and silky purées. A medium disc (3 millimeters) smoothly mashes many vegetables and fruits, and a coarser disc works for chunkier sauces and soups. The crank turns so smoothly you can mill longer with less exertion. It’s designed with very little space between the blade and the sieve, which speeds up milling and reduces the effort required. It’s sold with only two discs, but others are for sale separately. It works so well that even the tiniest seeds—like those in raspberries—don’t pass through the sieve as food is processed.Cole & Mason’s electric cheese grater is very uniquely designed and its elegant and modern design is very impressive. It comes along with two grating blades which makes it suitable to use according to your requirements. It is powered by 6 AAA batteries and so at times, you would need to replace batteries if usage is very heavy. The base of the grater is a very beautiful container to store all the grated cheese and it also has a nice looking lid to cover the container. There is also a tray in the base to let the cheese stay on it. Now let’s discuss some pros and cons of this product. These were supplied by Cremfields together with my 450 litre Etscheid Cheese Vat. I believe they were to be fixed to a rotating attachment to the vat which I didn’t have. The knives are of horizontal and vertical orientation on the separate cutters It should be multi-purpose and have the best quality blades for different tasks of slicing, grating et cetera Keep in mind the amount of food you'll want to process at one time. Busy parents might prefer a tiny capacity that travels easily to make fresh purées for little eaters. Home canners preparing to process pounds of fruits and vegetables will want a large device—just note that these take more effort to crank and space to store. Midsize devices may be better for fresh sauces for small families. L cheese vat. New, exhibition model, incl. frame with wheels, el.element and agitator. Special discount

We no longer have our tearoom as we are now using that space for increased cheese production. Due to this expansion, we have the following items for sale; WMH has been building farmhouse cheese making equipment for over 30-years. Over this period WMH has developed a range of items essential to the small to medium sized dairy ideal for farmers wishing to diversify and add value to their milk. Grating parmesan with this attachment was a flawless experience during testing. It grated exactly like it was supposed to and could easily handle bigger batches. It also performed really well with mozzarella—though soft cheese took longer to grate than hard cheese, it didn't get gummed up or cause the machine to struggle. Whether electric or manual, resting or clamped to a counter or bowl, you'll want a sturdy base to keep the food mill steady. Food mills that rest on bowls typically have feet, hooks, or other supports that keep them above the resulting purée. Some may only rest on specific bowl or pot sizes and lips, so it’s worth setting everything up and testing the stability before adding cooked food.Height 400mm, Width 300mm, Total height with handle 1070mm, Spacing between knives 23mm on vertical cutter and 25mm on horizontal cutter

Cheese graters can be used for much more than cheese. You can shred veggies, such as carrots or potatoes, get a head start on sauce by pulverizing tomatoes, make bread crumbs with toasted bread, zest citrus, or even grate spices like cinnamon or nutmeg. Westcountry venison burger topped with Cornish blue cheese in a Mill bap and local chutney served with hand-cut chips, baby leaves & slaw (DF GF available) A top-crank food mill should have an easy-to-turn handle, usually with a stabilizing crossbar at the top and a blade at its base that moves the food in the mill’s bowl. The flatter that blade, the more efficiently it will push food through the grinding disc instead of just spinning it in the bowl. While that blade compresses the food, the crossbar keeps pressure on the grinding disc to leave skin and seeds behind.Soft cheese was a bit slower going and came out somewhat squished, but the grater seemingly had no problem. Every piece except the motor is dishwasher-safe—and also easy to clean by hand, thanks to simple disassembly—and it comes with a one-year warranty. It’s efficient, versatile enough to use with items other than cheese, small enough to stash away when it’s not in use, and much less expensive than most food processors. Choice of two soups with a choice of today’s chunky white, granary or wholemeal bread & Westcountry butter GF roll & vegan spread available This cheese grater is very durable and convenient to use as it can handle around 40 pounds of hard cheese and other products of dry bread per hour very easily. It has a power of 100 watts and 110 volts which makes it very professional to use and gives out the best performance without giving you any troubles. It has a 1-year warranty which gives you the relaxation that even if it malfunctions or breaks, you wouldn’t have to spend money again on it. Omra electric cheese grater is best for grating the hardest cheese, pieces of dry bread and biscuits. It is very easy to operate with its magnet motor. You can also use it for slicing your items, making it the best electric cheese grater for many people. Now let’s discuss some pros and cons of this product. Bundle deal available!
