Spicy Bahama Mama: 2 parts Spiced Rum, 1 part Coconut Rum, 2 parts pineapple juice, 1 part orange juice, and a dash of hot sauce. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a slice of jalapeño.

We’ve enjoyed SO many rum punches from tropical locales far and wide that we should be some kind of Rum Punch experts by now. Every place seems to have their own “secret” recipe, but can’t seem to find too many we don’t care for. The difference? The type of rum used and the different fruit juices. One word? YUM! Berry Bahama Mama: 2 parts Raspberry Rum, 1 part Coconut Rum, 2 parts cranberry juice, 1 part pineapple juice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist. About the authors

You could do some cranberry juice in place of the grenadine to give a little bit more of a tart flavor. Some people add angostura bitters for a bit of tart flavor and a darker color.
