Installation of Logitech Options transforms the middle button into a gesture button you can use to trigger gestures that simplify desktop and application management, media control, document viewing, and personalization of common tasks. After glowing green for 5 seconds when the mouse is powered on or waking from sleep, the LED indicates battery status. Color It has a very long battery life, and you can customize the 7 additional buttons that it has around its sides and top. This number of buttons is pretty good for a mouse, though if you’re not gaming, you may find some of them obsolete. The mouse itself is pretty good. It has multiple computer connection capabilities, and of course, it’s a strong and reliable wireless mouse with a 10m maximum distance for it to work well. I’m one of the consumer PC experts at PCMag, with a particular love for PC gaming. I've played games on my computer for as long as I can remember, which eventually (as it does for many) led me to building and upgrading my own desktop. Through my years here, I've tested and reviewed many, many dozens of laptops and desktops, and I am always happy to recommend a PC for your needs and budget.

But you’ve probably also noticed the Anywhere 2s is also available, and it seems very similar to the original. Between them, they’re some of the bestselling Logitech mice out there. Connect one end of the provided charging cable to the Micro-USB port on the mouse and the other end to a USB power source. The LED blinks slowly until fully charged, when it is lit steadily. (The LED shuts off when you remove the cable.) The Anywhere 2 can only be adjusted to 1600 DPI maximum, whereas the 2s can go up to 4000 DPI. Plus, the 2S has an estimated 70 days of battery life, whereas the 2 can only managed 60 days, so it’s around 15% better in this regard. It’s difficult to really compare the mice too much because they’re actually exactly the same weight and exactly the same dimensions too. The 2s is the newer of the two, and there are a few areas where it’s a noticeable improvement on the 2. The scroll wheel on the 2s isn’t as good as the MX Anywhere 3, which has a dual scroll (great for Excel and other editing work). One minute of charging gives you enough power for two hours of use. Depending on how you use the mouse, a full charge can last up to 70 days.* However over the last year or so, Logitech have dropped the price to the same as the Anywhere 2, so they can usually be found within a similar price range to each other. When it comes down to finding a travel mouse, the Anywhere 2 comes very highly recommended. It’s a durable mouse that isn’t as sensitive as other Logitech mice, and it can take a few bumps without you having to worry about it falling apart.

This mouse allows you to use it with up to three different computers. Just use the Easy-Switch™ button to change the channel. Select the channel you want and go to the next step. Overall, if you can find both of these mice at the same price point (which they are at the time of writing), then I’d advise that you opt for the 2s. It’s the newer model with more battery life and you can make it far more sensitive than the MX Anywhere 2 (even if you don’t use this, it’s nice to have the option!).The LED on top of the mouse turns red to indicate that battery power is low and it’s time to change batteries. Chuột không dây Logitech MX Anywhere 2S được trang bị con mắt Darkfield với cảm biến lên đến 4000 dpi, cho khả năng đọc thao tác cực nhạy, độ chính xác cao trên nhiều bề mặt. The 2s feels a little bit cheaper than the 2, although there’s very little difference between them in all honesty. They’re very similar for the most part. Conclusion A micro USB port on the front serves as the charging port (a micro-USB-to-USB cable is included), and an indicator light beneath the square button notifies you if the battery runs low. Battery life shouldn't be much of an issue, though, as it's rated to last about 70 days on full charge, based on about six hours of daily use. That exact time will vary depending on usage but that's the ballpark you can expect, and if you remember to plug it in even occasionally, you'll run out of juice infrequently—possibly never. Go Anywhere I should also mention the other main difference between them is that the 2S can be used with Logitech Flow, which enables you to use it between alternate computers simultaneously. This can come in handy if you have a laptop and a computer you want to connect it with, and it’s great if you work in an office setting.
