Oddball in the Series: The only "negative" Mr. Man who ends his story learning nothing and not changing for the better in any way. This is because the people around him essentially gaslight him into thinking he's doing everything right by constantly telling him he's doing a good job. As a result, he remains just as a muddled as he's always been, if not more. Mr. Quiet is the 29th book in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves. Mr. Quiet lives in Loudland, where everybody and everything is too loud for him. Loudland would be suitable for Mr. Noisy, but not for Mr. Quiet. Mr. Quiet is scared. Whenever he tries to go shopping, he can only whisper what he wants, which results in the grocer, the milkman, the baker, and the butcher shouting "CAN'T HEAR YOU! NEXT PLEASE!" One day, Mr. Quiet gets a letter from Mr. Happy to stay in Happyland, where Mr. Quiet gets a job in a library, where the rule is to always be quiet. Mr. Quiet is so happy he laughs out loud.

Rhymes on a Dime: When using her magic in both the 1995 TV series and 2008 Mr. Men Show, Little Miss Magic often uses long rhyming incantations as she does so. Jerkass Has a Point: Despite being disliked for being so rude and nasty, he is not wrong about how Little Miss Chatterbox's constant chattering can be quite disruptive as seen in Little Miss Chatterbox and the Frog Prince, when he chides her for holding up the line with her constant chatttering and then yells out "Who cares!" upsetting her. Personality: Clownish, accident-prone, chaotic, turmoil, disastrous, clumsy, foolish, playful, exaggerated, uncoordinated, accidental, disorganised, jerkish, bumbling, confused, ineffectual, incompetent, kind, polite, friendly Mr. Clumsy has been chosen to take part in the television program "The Brains and the Brawn". He is to be "the Brawn" and Mr. Dizzy "the Brains". As you can imagine, it's a laugh a minute with a duo like that! Mr. Dizzy is incapable of answering the questions correctly, whilst Mr. Clumsy can't pass a single test without causing a disaster!

In the original books, Mr. Happy is the series' mascot, but in the show, that status is given to Mr. Bump.

Little Miss Splendid

Little Miss Pretty has been published under the alternative titles of Madame Coquette (French) and Η Κυρία Κοκέτα (Greek). Mr. Bolt is a yellow Mr. Man that is based on Usain Bolt. He sees an ad for a vacation in a magazine but can't go away because he has no money, so he wants a job to make money. Being a bus driver isn't good, because he doesn't stop at any of the stops, being a waiter isn't good because he'd whisk away the food as soon as he brought it. The job he finds is as a postman delivering express letters, the best job for the fastest thing on two feet. He saves enough money and goes on vacation. In Mr. Men And Little Miss: The Christmas Contest, he puts lord knows how much into making his christmas decoration display, only for Little Miss Naughty to steal all the decorations just at the moment that he was going to turn them on.

Moral: It is one thing to be grumpy and irritable, but it's quite another thing to take your anger out on people who don't deserve it.Insane Troll Logic: Mr. Nonsense does this a lot, naturally. When asked why he likes oatmeal on toast, he replies, "Because I tried oatmeal sandwiches and I didn't like them!"
