Hosted at IMG Academy in April, this mentorship program will help women college athletes navigate the transition to the professional level. Today, at a meeting of UDAAP (Urban Design & Architecture Advisory Panel), Baltimore’s design review panel, Under Armour unveiled the design for its new corporate headquarters. The Gensler-designed location, currently known as Teammate Building 2 (TMB2), will be one of the region’s most environmentally sensitive and sustainable buildings, achieving a net-zero operation goal through the significant reduction of embodied and operational carbon. The building is designed to qualify for LEED-Platinum certification. Located on Under Armour’s new Port Covington campus, the iconic building is 280,000 sq. ft. and will become the primary home for most of the company’s core business functions globally. Since joining Under Armour in 2018, Baratto has served as Managing Director of the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
