This mixer is brilliant. It arrived two weeks before Christmas. To date it has handled effortlessly anything from chopping bread for breadcrumbs to stirring a stiffening fudge mix. Quiet, competent stylish, it is better than any other mixer we have yet used (over 50+ years!). It is not a multi-tool. It mixes anything beautifully and is easy to handle. It is so good that we have gone for separate kitchen appliances instead of the multi-tool, so we also have the blender from the same manufacturer, which is also solid, reliable and blends anything tried to date. Obviously more machines take up more space. For us it’s definitely worth it. Anyone with very limited space might prefer one of the better multis. Already used it to make pasta, biscuits and cake.
