I wonder why the Shark Fiend is so loyal to Chainsaw Man? Makima mentioned in passing about resemblance, but what does it mean!? ya puedo decir que chainsaw man me está rompiendo, antes era solo simulación pero ya estoy sintiendo todo el peso del dolor venir. The infamous Sharknado and Shark Hurricane are here yeah!!! Shark Fiend and Chainsaw Man team up yeah!!!! i do appreciate how straightforward the manga is. they'll be like "chainsaw man" and it's literally just a man with a chainsaw head. This is another great volume! I really do like the ending part with Reze and Denji on the beach, their relationship kinda reminds me of Kaneki and Rize from Tokyo Ghoul!

This volume was mostly fan service. Denji fights a half-naked woman for the majority of the book. The story doesn't progress much, and it's not exactly getting me interesting in the series. But it's still fun. I like Denji as a character, the supporting characters are all alright. The different demons he battles are all pretty interesting to look at. After being killed on a job, he is revived by his pet devil Pochita and becomes something new and dangerous—Chainsaw Man! The cover depicts a naked Reze in the center, with Denji transformed into his Chainsaw Devil state on the right, and the Bomb Devil on the left. This is easily the most exciting volume yet. Awesome fight scenes, team ups I didn't expect, deaths I couldn't see coming, and a ending that was both sad and wonderfully done. I don't know if Chainsaw Man can keep going this good but right now this is one of the best series that I'm currently reading on Shonen Jump App.

We got a crazy naked assassin lady detonating bombs made out of her own body parts. A shark typhoon tearing up a city. A deadly revenge romance gone horribly wrong. It felt like one big fever dream with a surprisingly melancholy twist that put a nice spin on an extremely chaotic little story arc. The tone of the story continues to get darker while still maintaining its absurd trippy comedy. The story is set in a world where Devils (悪魔, Akuma) are born from human fears. However, individuals called Devil Hunters (デビルハンター, Debiru Hantā) specialize in hunting and employing them. The events take place in 1997, in an alternate timeline where the Soviet Union still exists, and many events such as the Holocaust, AIDS and nuclear weapons have been erased from history due to the consumption of their respective Devils by the Chainsaw Devil, with only four powerful Devils known as the Horsemen (Control, War, Famine/Hunger, and Death) remembering the events. Humans can make contracts with Devils via a sacrifice, allowing them to use the Devil’s power. Devils can also become Fiends by possessing a human’s dead body. When a Devil is killed on Earth, it reappears in Hell, and if it is killed in Hell, it reincarnates in a new body on Earth. Latest Chapters Aki also gets a lot of good moments in this one. His new partner is a chronically depressed angel-demon hybrid that absorbs the life force of anyone that touches him. Unsurprisingly, this makes for a very interesting dynamic between them.
