Early shots in the forest spring to life with higher (literally) engagement to birds, insects, All Roads Lead to Cokey: The Making of Cocaine Bear– Meet the hilarious ensemble brought together to bring the movie of what is soon to be the world’s most famous bear to life.

And much hilarity ensues as the fairly serious combination of a worried mother looking for her missing children, an angry drug dealer looking for his stash and a dogged detective hoping to make an arrest clashes head-on with the idea of a huge wild bear off its nut on cocaine. There are plenty of laughs as the bear rips limbs from torsos, young children find a bag of coke, identify it as cocaine and instantly sample it to see what happens, and Daveed and Eddie take a very emotional hostage to lead them to where the drugs are, but despite the movie being enjoyable, superbly shot and the CGI bear not as off-putting as it could have been, there is the feeling that it doesn’t quite go far enough. definitely more of a fine tuning than it is a complete overhaul, no surprise considering that the Blu-ray was awarded a perfect core for its 1080p

Eric Clapton should create a sequel song to his adaptation of the 1976 hit song by J.J. Cale, Cocaine, with new lyrics about bears doing cocaine. He should call it Cocaine Bear and base it on the absurd, funny hit film of the same name. Cocaine Bear truly lives up to its title about a bear that does an obscene amount of that Snow White dust but fails to really hold a story or forward any character. It simply exists to entertain and that's just fine. Yeah, not a fan of this business model. Big thumbs down from me. Just release the 4K alongside the 1080p discs, Universal! This year’s meme given cinematic life proves to be both better and worse than any sort of expectations one may have coming to a film named ‘Cocaine Bear’. And yes, there will be expectations... Deleted & Extended Scenes – Four and a half minutes are included, though the scenes aren’t labeled/titled. The highlight of these would be Sari (Keri Russell) pulling a vacuum cleaner hose out of a certain part of a man’s anatomy. Lovely.

Records the default button state of the corresponding category & the status of CCPA. It works only in coordination with the primary cookie. Big, stupid, goofy fun. Its that simple. Never as outrageous as you want it to be, but far more heart-warming and sweeter than you ever figured it could be, I had a surprisingly good time with this. Maybe its my undying love of all creature features, no matter their quality…maybe it’s that nostalgia button I’m finding is being pushed more and more as my years advance…or maybe my critical faculties are in need of a tune up (before anyone else says so)…either way, I had far more of a good time with Cocaine Bear than I hoped would be possible. A different good time than expected, but a good time nonetheless. Scenario #1: the movie didn't do well enough for Universal's analytics to expect significant demand for a UHD BD. Immediately apparent on its night time airborne prologue, the film looks fantastic. Detail is absolutely razor sharp, with the expected fine lines of clothing and skin textures all present and correct and nestling nicely alongside the pristine edges of the various locations and sets used throughout. Patterns from start to finish – be they intricate clothing designs or simply the foliage of the beautiful and lush scenery – are clearly distinct and look thoroughly natural. Maybe not quite best in class as say something like The Matrix Resurrections, but very good nonetheless. These are further unhindered by the pristine image source – no pesky grain to obscure any of the fine detail underneath. Though not a fault of the transfer, the CGI effects (particularly the bear) are a bit sketchy. After all, there's no way to hide budget effects in a 1080p transfer. There's also a piece on the cast, a making of featurette about the film's numerous bloody kills, a gag reel, and more. When a frenzied drug smuggler dumps his cocaine cargo over the beautifully idyllic Chattahoochee–Oconee National Forest, the white power is
