Jakékoliv oznámení pro poskytovatele licence musí být provedeno písemně a zasláno na následující adresu: Poskytovatel licence neponese odpovědnost, pokud software nefunguje v souladu s omezenou zárukou stanovenou v článku 5.1 v důsledku jakékoli změny, úpravy nebo doplnění softwaru, které neprovedl poskytovatel licence, nebo v důsledku jakéhokoli zneužití, poškození nebo nesprávného používání softwaru, včetně použití softwaru s nekompatibilním vybavením nebo jiným nekompatibilním softwarem.
