The size of your mini laptop’s display makes a huge difference in determining how engaging content looks on it. Choose from HP mini laptops with 33.78 cm (13.3) displays, or sleek iBall laptops with 29.4 cm (11.6) touchscreen displays.

Mini laptops are generally productivity-focused, so finding a small, portable gaming laptop can be a serious challenge. The Asus ROG Flow Z13 proves that ultraportables can still offer great gaming performance, though, if you’re willing to pay a premium for it. The Z13 doesn’t come cheap but is able to play new games with beautiful visuals because it features a dedicated graphics card, an extra processor specifically for gaming and intensive tasks like video editing. The Lenovo Duet 3 is a perfect example of what makes Chromebooks so appealing. Its on-paper specs don’t look great compared to traditional mini-laptops, but its performance is anything but sluggish. screen usability? I doesn't have to be 4K (mine is 800x1200) but does need to be sharp enough for regular use including watching the odd movie or other stream. I didn't see that discussed much in the article. The screen on the RCA 7″ Voyager Pro also includes touchscreen functionality. But you’re less likely to bag a bargain this way. Keyboards have long been a Lenovo strength, and the Yoga 7i 14 Gen 7 is no exception. The keys offer a supremely comfortable typing feel, with a good depth of travel, substantial springiness with every keystroke, and Lenovo's signature scalloped key design that's both visually appealing and pleasantly tactile. Below the keyboard is a generous extra-wide touchpad, with a smooth glass surface and support for multitouch gestures. On a notebook without touch-screen and tablet capability, the pad alone would be great for comfortable navigation. On the touch-centric Yoga, it's a welcome flourish that enhances the laptop experience. The same is true of Ram; once you have loaded a file from the hard drive, it’s now in the Ram and can be accessed almost instantaneously.

A Windows 11 laptop is best if… If you’re hoping to do some photo or video editing, you probably want to get a higher resolution so you can see what you’re working on in its intended resolution. You’re concerned about your budget: If you’re willing to sacrifice just a little, you can spec this lower - or buy a completely different gaming-friendly laptop. support?
