Description

There is currently only one version of the Nerf Elite 2.0 Commander. As this is a common gun, it can be found at most major retailers. Let’s start by looking at the main features of the Elite 2.0 Commander and then both the good and bad of each one. Despite this, none of the blasters themselves feature their number codes on the shell, only their name. They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays.

Customers have been impressed with the looks of this nerf gun, whether they’re Halo fans are not, and particularly love the power and performance of the Nerf Halo MA40 dart blaster. The Commander serves as the replacement for the Strongarm/Disruptor, and while other blasters can get better performance for less money – a Nerf fan who buys one probably won’t be disappointed. The Motoblitz is also a fully-fledged semi-automatic blaster. Load the included 10-dart clip, hold down the priming button under the trigger to activate the motor, and you’re ready to go! The combination of semi-auto firing and Airblitz technology makes this blaster truly fearsome.I think it is a solid gun that will hold up unless you are overly rough with it. Fun and Value: 9/10 The number code system for Elite 2.0 closely resembles that of the Alpha Strike series, rather than N-Strike's system. The Flipshots sub-series features blasters that have a "flipping" mechanic that allows the user to switch between two sets of barrels of darts. The Commander has a noticeably comfortable priming handle that is easy to hold and makes for a smooth slide.

One of the best things about this blaster is its ability to be customized. It comes with a detachable scope, barrel, and 3 tactical rails, allowing you to create different blaster styles for any situation. This is perfect for players who want to switch up their strategy and take advantage of different situations.

Customer reviews

WARNING: Do not aim at eyes or face. Use of eyewear recommended for players and people within range. Use only official Nerf darts. Other darts may not meet safety standards. Do not modify darts or blaster. Firing at an average of 70 FPS, the Commander does consistently shoot the Nerf average. You will get an occasional dart that shoots below 60, but the highest I saw was 75. The Commander includes twelve darts that have a bit of a different color design than the standard. Six are teal with orange tips, and the other six are orange with teal tips. This isn’t a huge deal, but using the different varieties can help your find your specific Nerf darts once the smoke of a battle clears. Featured in our list of best Nerf guns, this blaster comes highly recommended, but is it right for you? Inside 25 feet, the Commander does its job, but I would definitely say it’s average in this department. FPS and Range: 7.5/10

While firing this blaster, it didn’t strike me as inconsistent. Keep in mind it is hard to judge accuracy because a lot depends on how used or bent a dart is. The Elite 2.0 Motoblitz comes with a total of 22 NERF Elite foam darts, more than enough to fill your clip and the Airblitz barrel. Additionally, the blaster features an integrated tactical scope, which is perfect for aiming and taking out targets from a distance, and three tactical rails—one at the top and one on each side of the blaster—for plenty of customization options. Well, we have already shared the magic of the Flipshots blasters with the Flip-32, and you’ll be pleased to know that the Flip-16 features the same innovative “Flip” technology, turning a simple 8-shot, front-loaded blaster into a concealed 16-dart powerhouse! Internals? It’s Elite 2.0, and I didn’t want to rip the blaster apart to the point where it’s unusable. It’s safe to assume, though, that the internals are similar to the Strongarm/Disruptor, but with the cost savings of plastic leaf springs and the like. Conclusion

Will you be claiming the VAT back?

My Commander has seen some use and only will give you trouble when using bent or highly worn darts. As the Commander is one of the least expensive blasters you can buy, there isn’t too much to complain about.

Like the rest of the Elite 2.0 line, the Commander has a very industrial look to it. Yes, it’s plastic, but it also has a stamped metal vibe to it. Three tactical rails for attachments; One on top of the barrel, one below it, and another under the handle. The slam fire is my favorite part and, for some reason, it seems to make it perform better. This could be in my head, but I swear it’s an anomaly in that regard.Initial reception to Elite 2.0 was very mixed. While the inclusion of additional darts, an abundance of accessory attachment points, and the overall ergonomics of Elite 2.0 blasters have been praised, the changes to how the blasters are assembled have been highly criticized. Many of the first Elite 2.0 blasters were assembled in a way that makes modification and repairs difficult. While blasters are still held together by standard screws and/or pressure clips, as introduced in the Alpha Strike line of blasters, many others are also ultrasonically or solvent-welded together. The quality of the plastic used in production has also been called "thin", compared to previous or other releases, and some parts such as jam doors can be easily snapped off. Additionally, many of the metal springs in blasters have been replaced with plastic leaf springs, which are less strong and can break after long periods of time. The bottom line is that it is a very affordable blaster with some great upgrade options. Otherwise, it is average in most categories. Overall I would recommend this blaster to anyone because it works great out of the box and won’t disappoint for the price. As far as durability goes, there is nothing that feels super flimsy on it. The only thing I worry about breaking is the slide, but mine has held up just fine.
