Double Rich Chocolate is a chocolate lover’s dream, but it doesn’t compare to what’s next… #2: Extreme Milk Chocolate I don’t care if you’re not a coffee drinker either. You won’t be able to pass this up. When I had it, I always looked forward to downing a shake. It’s just too good. Also, think about when you like sipping your protein. If you like a shake in the morning but don’t want to overload your taste buds with sweetness, the White Chocolate may be overdoing it. Instead, opt for a more mild Vanilla flavor. How Much Do Optimum Nutrition Flavors Cost? But not only that, I also threw in one flavor you want to avoid. Just in case you don’t trust me and decide to buy a flavor off this list (which I suggest you don’t), you’ll know what NOT to get too. This was my first ever Optimum Nutrition flavor. I liked it. If you mix it with milk and a banana, you’ll instantly have a real strawberry banana milkshake. It didn’t make the list, however, because it does get boring after a while.

What you can expect from this flavor is a very sweet milk chocolate. Almost two times the sweetness as Double Rich Chocolate. And because of how sweet it is, you don’t even need milk.

Will you be claiming the VAT back?

Double Rich Chocolate is Optimum Nutrition’s basic chocolate flavor. All companies sell one, but theirs set the bar high. Optimum Nutrition is the most popular and trusted company when it comes to whey protein. I’ve been using them religiously. It’s the most popular whey protein on the market. Made by Optimum Nutrition, it comes in dozens of flavors and is primarily a blend of three types of whey, with some artificial flavors and sweeteners plus some digestive enzymes, which may help to improve absorption. Does Gold Standard Whey have artificial ingredients? The main protein ingredient in 100% Gold Standard Whey is whey protein isolate, for better mixability and absorption. With an instantized formula that mixes easily and tastes delicious, try mixing one scoop with your oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, pancake and other recipes. Because I’ve tried almost all Optimum Nutrition flavors. You can find everything I’ve reviewed here. And of them all, these five I’m about to show you are what stood out the most.

After a few sips, we thought French Vanilla Crème was fine.We worked our way through a tub of it and while we didn’t hate it, once again, we found it too mild. It does a decent job of flavoring your milk but in water, it doesn’t exactly stand out. Probably the most talked about flavor of Optimum Nutrition. But don’t get it confused with Double Rich Chocolate. There’s zero artificial-tasting ingredients, which is a must-have with vanilla. Chances are we can all agree that’s the best way to eat vanilla. Please note parcels going via Australia Post (PoBox, Defence Adresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days. So without further ado, here’s the top 5 best Optimum Nutrition flavors… The 5 Best Optimum Nutrition Flavors #5: Chocolate CoconutAfter training, your body uses protein to help repair and rebuild muscle fibres. Gold Standard Whey delivers 24g of whey protein and 5.5g of naturally occuring BCAA's to support muscle growth, and 4g of glutamine and glutamine acid to reduce muscle soreness. By the time you finish reading this, you’ll know exactly which flavor tastes so good and addicting that you’ll want to hand-write me a Thank You note. Not all athletes are fans of mixing their milk with whey. Plus, in our experience, milk (especially two percent or whole milk) can add a lot of richness to a protein powder, elevating the overall flavor. So, to get an objective taste, we ranked our flavors based on how they tasted only with water. Aftertaste On the other hand, the Vanilla Ice Cream has a richer, more robust, and sweeter flavor that does indeed taste like melted-down vanilla ice cream. Customers loved the richness, too. “I got the vanilla ice cream one and it is delicious,”one five-star reviewer writes. “[It] blends well — I usually use my immersion blender, but it does ok just being shaken!” I personally think it tastes good, but after a few weeks, it takes a turn. That’s why I don’t consider this one of the best Optimum Nutrition flavors.
