Blaming Wendy for Erin's death, Ian antagonizes her just as a set of fireworks that go off in their direction, causing a cherry picker to tip over and crush Ian, and leading them to believe that they cheated death once and for all. Final Destination films depart further from other horror films, even those aimed at teenagers, in that a family narrative is lacking, and there are no hauntings of any kind. After the group boards a subway train the next day, Danny realizes what is about to happen and gets the group to escape. When Wendy and Kevin pull into a drive-thru restaurant and observe Frankie's photo, a runaway semi-trailer truck forces them to escape Kevin's truck before it collides. In the days following the accident, the survivors begin to die one by one in a series of bizarre accidents.

Zenescope later released a five issue miniseries, titled Final Destination: Spring Break, which involves a group led by Carly Hagan being stalked by Death after surviving a hotel fire and becoming stranded in Cancún, Mexico.Ian Conrich, a film studies scholar, argues the series marks a key departure from slasher norms in that death itself becomes the villain. Alex and Clear were the survivors of the first film but in between the course of the first and second film Alex had died. I believe this is an Australian set, that does indeed work in the UK, and despite another review saying the first movie is only 720p, no it is indeed 1080p just like all of them.

Only putting a positive because at least it arrived and was packaged similarly as other nondamaged movies.

Now the but, I was a bit disappointed with the first film in that I didn't think the picture/sound quality is any different to the original dvd, which I have, whereas the other four film's have a marked improvement on the originals.
