Software lze převádět, pouze pokud nabyvatel souhlasí s podmínkami této smlouvy. Držitel licence je povinen informovat nabyvatele o těchto podmínkách. Pokud držitel licence nemá kopii této smlouvy, může na vlastní náklady obdržet novou od poskytovatele licence. S výjimkou případů, které jsou v tomto dokumentu výslovně stanoveny, poskytovatel licence vylučuje veškeré záruky, prohlášení, podmínky nebo jiné závazky jakéhokoli druhu, ať už výslovné nebo vyplývající, zákonné nebo jiné, a zvláště odmítá veškeré předpokládané záruky, včetně (mimo jiné) jakýchkoli záruk, prohlášení, podmínek nebo jiných závazků obchodovatelnosti nebo vhodnosti pro určitý účel nebo uspokojivé kvality nebo přiměřené dovednosti a péče, v každém případě v maximální míře povolené platnými zákony.
