A friend recently shared some gorgeous pictures of her children in a fairy tale style photoshoot. In some of the pictures she shared, her daughters had on some beautiful fairy wings and I fell in LOVE with them right away! This legend came from the idea that Naree Pon are fruit that grow on trees, but that come alive once they fall from the trees. They then wither and die within a week, creating a carcass like the one captured in the photo by Brett.

Most of the April Fool's pranks that appear on the Internet on or around April 1 have petered out by a day or two later; some of the more subtle satirical articles may continue to circulate for a few days longer before some readers recognize them as humor rather than genuine news stories. For whatever reason, though, a "mummified fairy" prank of 2007 was still going strong well after April 1 had come and gone, even though its creator had long since admitted to the hoax and the fictional tale had been exposed by major news outlets: Is it a plant? Is it a fairie? Could it be both? National Geographic’s Brett Madden captured photos of what looked like the mummified remains of fairies in Thailand. What are they, and what could they represent? Whether you believe in fairies or not, it’s hard to deny that there’s something not quite right about this footage uploaded by New Zealand YouTuber Cdbfort. In the video, the woman outlines what appears to be a glowing winged creature, followed by glowing orbs. How to Make Putz Houses from Christmas Cards - My Humble Home and Garden on How to Make a Mini Banner – Unique Christmas Decor I believe fairies to be Earth spirits rather than physical beings so my performance was slightly flawed. The question stills begs to answered though, are they made of flesh and blood like you and I?

Legend states that these little creatures are Naree Pon, or Thai flower pod women fairies, that are both animal and plant. Their existence has supposedly been verified through x-raying skeletal remains through fruit. The 8 inch remains complete with wings, skin, teeth and flowing red hair have been examined by archaeologists and forensic experts who can confirm that the body is genuine. X-rays of the fairy reveal an anatomically identical skeleton to that of a child. The bones, however, are hollow like those of a bird making them particularly light. The puzzling presence of a navel even suggests that the beings reproduce the same as humans despite the absence of reproductive organs. Perhaps the answer to our questions about fairies lie in their origins. In Ireland, some say the fairies are fallen gods known as the Tuatha de Danann. The name translates to “people of Danu, the Mother Goddess”. These Ancient gods and goddesses were said to live underground in a separate realm. This belief corresponds with the idea that fairies enter and exit our world through hills called fairy mounds. The Church demonized the old gods and goddesses by turning them into less-powerful spirits. The common-folk’s fairy traditions were outlawed by the Church. Are They Nature Spirits or Lost Souls? 8. Possible Fairy Sighting in England

You may be wondering two things. Firstly, why you would randomly film inside a parking garage if you weren’t expecting anything to show up. Secondly, what on earth is it? It appears to walk on two legs, which rules out many likely creatures such as squirrels, raccoons, and rodents. Perhaps one of the more damning pieces of evidence to hit the internet on the existence of fairies is from YouTuber Hamishmcn in 2008. Hamish is seen filming his kids as they take him on a tour around the property. They show him tadpoles, apples, and other cool natural attractions. They are kids being kids, and it’s quite endearing. Maybe not anymore but a recent discovery would suggest that they probably did. What appear to be the mummified remains of a fairy have been discovered in the Derbyshire countryside. This video leaves more questions than answers, but even if you don’t think it’s real, you will be unlikely to find any other answer for what this strange creature in the footage actually is. The Broighter Gold Boat was an archaeological discovery made in Ireland in the eighteen-hundreds. This tiny gold boat measures to approximately seven by four inches. The detail of the boat is incredible, down to its miniature oars. Yes, this could have been a votive offering to the Celtic gods in ancient times, as theorized by scholars. I believe it’s a vessel that carried fairies over water. The size is perfect and fits perfectly into our tales of the fay. What do you think? Have you seen a fairy?
