From June 2015 through July 2017, Ms. Rossetti held the position of Executive Vice President of Cell Machines, Inc., an early-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel protein therapies where she assisted with the commercialization of technology for hemophilia and other diseases. Ms. Rossetti has held a number of positions within pharmaceutical commercial development, marketing, communications and finance, including Vice President of a Global Commercial Medicine Team at Pfizer Inc., where she led a global smoking cessation campaign. Shje is also a charter member of the Biopharmaceutical lndustry Bioethics Forum, initiated by Eli Lily in 2016. Ms. Rossetti currently holds positions as an adjunct Assistant Professor of Medical and Pharmaceutical Ethics at New York Medical College and an Adjunct Associate at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. When you are on a roll and people are loving the food you are making – there is a tremendous affinity between you and them in that.” Like the prodigal son of seafood? “I guess you could call it that.” He pauses. “It wasn’t that much of a big deal. My dad and I talk about my walking away from things. And my mum is easy to work with. She hasn’t got the big full-on chef ego thing going on.” Jill remains a co-owner and manages interior design. “I found it easier working for my mum than in the kitchen with my dad,” he says. Living in a city was great, but I love being by the sea. I used to spend a lot of time in the ocean. When you're working in a stressful job, it certainly helps.”

I find myself increasingly guided by my sons’ opinions. I will still cut in if I am really troubled about something but so far I haven’t noticed a kind of “killing your dad” feeling in the way we work together. Maybe there should be more of that. I suppose for all sons their dads are quite enormous figures. It’s only when you get older that you realise they have probably been making it up as they go along. I think my sons still expect me to have the answer. It seems a bit unfair of me to turn round and say “I’m just as lost as you are.” And I suppose I am not, quite – at least I have seen most problems before.
