The boots are easy enough to get on and off. Although, I am not too keen on the fast lace system at the top. I found it a little too fiddly when in a rush, but can see the benefits on how it completely free the top section when removing the boots or putting them on I really like the styling of the DC Peary boot. It looks rugged and hard wearing, but has that typical DC understated urban street look. The DC Peary winter boots are certainly warm. In fact, I would go as far as saying they are the warmest boots I have ever worn! They would be a must for anyone who suffers from cold feet. For me, they were fantastic at keeping my feet warm while outside, but a bit too toasty for being inside (e.g. sitting in an apres bar). Having said that, I am someone who is hardly ever cold and I am sure the majority would relish the warmth of the boots, even when inside. After reviewing the Helly Hansen Gataga Prime Boots this season, I was very interested to see what the DC Peary winter boots had to offer.
