The 2023 Monster High Haunt Couture Midnight Runway collection is here for a second round of monstrous masquerade fashion. For this entry, we’re giving you a new look for our favorite Egyptian royal, Cleo De Nile.

Cleo De Nile™ doll wears a royally cool fashion featuring a blue and golden dress with mummy wrap-inspired sleeves and a scary-chic chain belt. Accessories: Cleo's shoes are high-heeled yellow sandals with straps over the toes and around the ankles. She had long, thin, and yellow earrings that end in a 3/4th cross. There's a matching hairclip around the base of her ponytail. Cleo is a human-phile; she's fascinated by humans, particularly human pop stars and celebrities. She's so fascinated that she forgets monsters can't be seen by humans and actually talks to them, which can lead her to some trouble, like when Toralei accused her of trying to bring a human into Monster High. Cleo has an older sister named Nefera, who she doesn't seem to like much. As shown in " Case of the Moondays", Cleo hopes Nefera will get out of the line for queen, and in " Paw-zzle Pieces", seeing how Clawdeen and her brother Clawd have similar names ( Clawd and Clawdeen), Cleo says she is relieved her parents didn't name her and Nefera the same way, making everyone give annoyed glares at her. Cleo conceals a posse of scarabs in her wrappings, who act as her minions. They do her bidding (with mediocre results) and sometimes even offer her companionship.Kids ages 3 years old and up can collect the other Monster High™ ghouls to play out their stories with the whole creeptastic crew! Each sold separately, subject to availability. Her shimmery hair is pulled into a high pony, while pyramid earrings, a snake-inspired bracelet and platform heels complete her lurk. Additional storytelling accessories make for a screamtastic soirée: a group selfie to remember the night, a scepter and tiara photo prop, and a three-tiered cupcake stand with a fork. Her ears are adorned with turquoise wing-shaped earrings.Hissette is Cleo's pet cobra. After seeing Draculaura's, Clawdeen's, and Frankie's adorable pets, Cleo wanted her own pet so she asked her Mummy and Baba if she could get her own. After some begging, Cleo would get herself a pet from the shelter. Hissette and Cleo are practically twins; they share the same love in shiny jewels and bling. As the family rejoiced, the corpse flower awakened from her slumber and introduced herself as Amanita Nightshade. She explained what truly happened during the coup d'état, revealed that the family had been asleep for 1,300 years, and elaborated that they now no longer fit the human world but must find their place in monster society. When a caravan passed by, the De Niles' shouting was not enough to draw attention, but Amanita was thin enough to get through the gap and promised to return with help. She never did, and the family eventually got out on their own. Cleo de Nile's Gloom and Bloom diary Immortality: Like most undeads, she is immortal, meaning she can’t get physically hurt. But Cleo stores her organs in jars; being far away from her organs can cause problems.

Matching golden accessories -- a detailed headband and serpent heels -- polish her look. Strength: Despite being centuries old, Cleo’s strength is enough to outweigh a human’s own strength, individually speaking.

Accessories: The fuzzy slippers are turquoise and have a face printed on the nose below a golden crown. The eyemask features yellow and turquoise diagonal stripes and turquoise lining. Two Eyes of Horus are printed on it and the strap is white. Cleo further wears a simple golden choker and brings along a pyramid-shaped nightlight. The webisode " Hiss-teria" introduced Cleo's fear of spiders, which came up once more in " Escape from Skull Shores". Accessories: Cleolei comes with golden gloves, a golden bag painted with a teal cats face, a golden headband, and a turquoise belt. About 4,500 years later, the family has relocated to New Salem, Boonighted States of Scaremerica. Though the throne of old is gone, the family has access to a large collection of magical artifacts that only works for them and over 10,000 servants, most of which apparently ushabti. Cleo has easily adapted to her monster life, enjoying the riches of her temple and enjoying the life of a high-schooler at Monster High, the prestiged school of the Boo World, eventually finding interest Clawd Wolf, the co-captain of the basketball team, only to later dump him for his co-captain Deuce Gorgon, where she found love, that made her ascend in the social pyramid, making people realize that she was also a princess, making her incredibly popular, enough to join the fearleading squad led by her sister, that, because of this, elected her for captain when she graduated. Since then, she's been either famous for her success and status or infamous for her less-than-kind personality.Deuce Gorgon™ brings his sweetheart a spiderweb balloon for the morbidly romantic day! He looks dreadfully dapper in a shimmering scale-printed suit and signature tinted shades. Clothes: Cleo wears a short-sleeved top and three-quarter pants in a turquoise, green, yellow, and brown bandage pattern. The pants have yellow lining and two loose string ends at the top. She has one matching arm warmer on her right arm reaching from her wrist to halfway her upper arm.
